Completely disgusted in the way the run this facility and what they they is acceptable on how they treat people coming to save a puppies life. Besides from the supervisor Lisa- every staff member there was disgusting to every person that walked in. Just straight hateful and mean. Even threatened me they were going to come and take every single animal on my property. Lol. Formal complaints will be filed within the county and state BUT the professionalism on Lisa's part will also be noted. She is the only staff member to treat me with any kind of respect after they gave me a deathly Ill puppy and I brought it back. (Puppy is now back after an alleged 3 week quarantine) and happier than ever. Thank you to ONLY Lisa for giving me compassion and respect.

Visitor notes
The animals are kept in caged enclosures, about 2 to 3 per pen. The dogs look pretty healthy, but kennel cough is a big concern throughout the large, one room facility. They share a cot per pen. There's a lot of big beautiful dogs and some medium/small ones too. They don't appear to have much ability to get outside and their pens can get pretty dirty. I hope this doesn't cause you to write the facility off. It would seem that most of all the work is provided by those who volunteer their time, food, energy. As a matter of fact, I'd love to encourage you to volunteer some time yourself. Even one person getting involved can really make a difference. I saw that they even allow volunteers to take a shelter dog out for a Saturday as long as they are returned on time. I'm sure the dogs love this, but it also allows an interested party to meet a potential new best friend and get a feel for how well they could fit in your home. Anyway, I believe that the facility can be more than shelter for the animals. It's like an opportunity for personal enrichment, as well as providing some joy for a pup.
We recently adopted a dog here and want to say how incredibly helpful and professional every staff member was. They deserve high praise for the work they do. Thank you all for all that you do and we love our doggy ♥️
Saved a dog week before Thanksgiving, unfortunately was unable to make arrangements to keep him that day and had to bring him here. They have actively prevented me and two other people from adopting him. They don't return calls. Always have some excuse why we can't get him when we show. Claim he was sent to a rescue now. But won't put me in contact with them. Finally got them to tell me where he was today! After the lady at the front talk to and treated me like I was a crazy person. I turned around and asked everybody in the lobby, Am I acting like a crazy person. I feel like i'm talking like a reasonable person! and the people in the lobby were like, yeah, you're being perfectly normal you're not the problem.
Friendly and helpful staff. I love the new self serve microchip scanner you can access free of charge 24/7.
I have adopted two fur babies here. The folks I interacted with were very kind and helpful. I am a veteran and was able to have the adoption fee waived because of that. I encourage anyone thinking about pet ownership to come look around and ask to meet a pet outside of the kennel. Every animal deserves a chance at a forever home ❤️
I called this place at 12:10 PM today in attempts to get an issue with my vaccine records cleared up. The woman who answered the phone did not introduce herself by name and would not allow me to explain my situation without interrupting me every time I spoke. I asked her can you please stop cutting me off so I could finish explaining what I’m saying. She said no. And kept asking me for a phone number, although I had already given her mine and was about to give her my husband’s But before I could do so, she hung up in my face. When I called back, I’m not sure who answered after that although it sounded like the same person and I let them know I will be going in person to handle this. Whoever runs this place should know that the woman who is answering the phones when you push option four regarding vaccines at 12:10 PM was very rude. She did not help me, consistently was rude, cut me off while I was talking several times, and then hung up. I feel management should be aware that she is missing proper telephone etiquette, and customer service. If you want help, just go in person or the people who answer treat you less than a human being. I will be praying for this individual there’s no need to be rude to those calling your work place for answers to work related questions. Have patience next time and allow the person a chance to speak. Do better.
Picked up my dog and he was left in his own feces and wasn't even rinsed and they knew I was coming to pick him up. He can't walk as well anymore due the the lack of movement and care. His hind legs barely hold him up. He now has swelling on hind legs. He was perfectly healthy until animal control retrieved him for bite incident. He was in the shelter for over a month. He is not aggressive other than the incident. I know he had an incident but he is still someone's pet regardless of what happened. I already feel sorry enough.
