Jose, in the new car sales department was very patient & helped me along the entire process. I was a nervous wreck and he kept reassuring me everything was going to work out. Angel, in the finance department was great to work with; both were fantastic! Another salesman, who I didn’t get his name, was also very friendly & kind. The manager, Troy, was awesome! What a dealership! We were able to trade our 2018 Outlander with a brand new 2025 Outlander for a great trade in price. Marlon was very friendly and kind! Having conversations with him helped the time pass by! He also made sure we had everything we needed. Troy was patient and easy to work with. He was more than willing to work with us and gave us an amazing deal! Jackie was exceptionally efficient and helpful with our paperwork! The service department is also wonderful! We love Mazda but definitely do not like this dealership. Their service department has a lot to be desired. From the counter to the technician. For this reason we will drive to Valencia for our car to be serviced. Do better Bakersfield. If I ever buy another car I will definitely not use this dealership.
