All of the vendors are so kind and friendly. The food is phenomenal and there is a wide range of what you can get! There's fresh produce, bread, cheese, drinks, full meals, jewelry, herbs, skin care, and more! I'm certain that there's something for everyone! They also have gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, and vegan stalls available. The bathrooms are clean and its air conditioned indoors. Great place to grab a quick eat or go shopping and even enjoy your spread in the park space! 10/10 would recommend to anyone wondering if its worth it!

I went on a Sunday morning to pick up some produce and walk around for a bit. The market had a good mix of vendors, with fresh vegetables, flowers, honey, baked goods, dog treats, and prepared food all in one area. I liked seeing some less common items too, like local tea, mushroom grow kits, and different kinds of mushrooms. The produce I saw looked fresh, and the baked goods and drinks were clearly made with care. Prices were not cheap across the board, especially for some of the specialty items, but the quality was generally solid. It did get crowded, with lots of families and dogs, so going earlier seems like the better plan since a few things were already sold out. Parking was manageable in a nearby garage, and the restrooms were clean while I was there. Overall, it was a well run market and a good way to spend part of a Sunday if you want local food and small vendors in one place.
My friends and I came here over the weekend and had a great time! This market offers a wide variety of fresh flowers, fruits, honey, baked goods, and even treats for dogs. There were so many fresh vegetables at reasonable prices. They also have a nice area to hang out and walk around perfect for families and friends. I highly recommend checking it out!
Found a lot of good stuff here from tasty juice like the double ginger stand had to juices to a mushroom propagation bag we used to grow a 2lb batch of oyster mushrooms. The yaupon local Texas caffeinated tea stand was also really interesting and tasted great.
I really enjoyed it. Lot of different vendors for all kinds of things. You might want to get there at the start as I saw some things I we're interested in were sold out. Parking wasn't bad. We found a garage close by and I believe it only cost us $5 for parking for the 2 or so hours we were there. It can be pretty crowded so just be ready for that. Lots of family and pets! Will definitely be going back as this is my local Farmers market now!
This place had became too upscale and expensive. I rather like Farmers market like the ones where you can actually get plenty of farm goods at a reasonable prices instead of small niche goods at a high prices. Such as single plain bagels for $3 or basic baked goods as expensive as my gourmet bakery. I think I only saw one stand with fresh produce 🤦🏻♂️
Texas Farmers' Market at Mueller is easily one of the highlights of living in this part of Austin. Having visited regularly over the years, I can confidently say this isn’t just a farmers market—it’s a vibrant community gathering that brings together great food, live music, local businesses, families, and an atmosphere that feels both energetic and relaxed. I’ve tried products from many of the vendors here over time, and the consistency in quality is impressive. Whether it’s fresh produce, specialty foods, handmade goods, or prepared meals, you can tell there’s real pride behind what these local businesses offer. The bakery vendors in particular are fantastic—always tempting, always fresh, and worth making room for even when you didn’t plan on buying anything sweet. One standout for me is Sherpa Snacks. Their grilled meats and momos are absolutely delicious, and the sauce alone keeps me coming back. It’s the kind of place you start craving even before the weekend arrives. What makes this market especially meaningful for my family is how welcoming it is for kids. My toddler loves spending time at the nearby park, and it naturally turns a simple shopping trip into a full morning outing. We definitely miss the splash pad and hope it returns soon—it adds another layer of fun for families and makes the area even more special. Operationally, the market is extremely well managed. The bathrooms are consistently neat and clean, trash is emptied frequently, and despite the crowds, everything feels organized and thoughtfully run. That level of attention makes a big difference in the overall experience and shows how much effort goes into maintaining the space week after week. All in all, I feel genuinely lucky to live nearby and be able to take advantage of such a well-curated farmers market. It supports local businesses, creates a strong sense of community, and offers something enjoyable for every age group. If you’re in Austin and haven’t been yet, this is absolutely worth making part of your weekend routine.
The market is great, some lovely produce, Purple Cherokee tomatoes, unusual mushrooms - blue oyster and brown chestnut, fresh arugula and lettuce so good I wished I was a rabbit! Some lovely salsas and jams, vegan bakes etc. I found some beautiful bracelets.
