Olympic Hot Tub Service Center

Rus did an amazing job with our hot-tub service today! He did a thorough job cleaning the lines, draining the tub, cleaning the jets, the interior and exterior then refilling it. He made sure all pumps are working properly. Balanced the water chemistry and explained how we can continue to keep it balanced during use and how to tell when it needs another service. He also recommended and explained about Olympic’s subscription based services. Great service all around.

Jason came out and set us up with everything we needed to know about running our new Hot Springs Flash. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient with our time. After making such a large purchase, it is comforting to know that he is very experienced with the model we have and didn't seem phased by any questions we threw at him. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Today, Olympic Spas/ hot tub sent Jason to our home to give me a “class” on the care of our new hot tub. I appreciated Jason’s professionalism, incredible knowledge of our spa, and his attention to my every question. Jason genuinely made it very comfortable for me to ask questions and he simply answered each one with great clarity. Jason did a fantastic job going over our new hot tub with us! He provided a very detailed review of the salt system, sensor system, and dosing system, and answered all of our questions until we felt comfortable with our level of understanding. Because we have a new model year, there was one feature he wasn’t familiar with, so he made a phone call to a colleague and got the answers we needed. We highly recommend Jason!

We got a new Olympic Hot Tub after nearly 30 years with our old one. Jason came in to help us set up and understand our new salt system. He was great! He was very helpful and gave us an easy-to-understand overview of what needs to be done so we can maintain and operate our new hot tub. We took our first dip and love it!

I bought a spa from Olympic 3 years ago and have only had wonderful experiences with them since. Purchase and delivery went smoothly back then, and recently I took advantage of their valet service to drain and clean the spa. Jason was punctual, professional, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain every step to me, as well as ongoing maintenance, and what products I needed to keep and which I should never use or replace. I’m writing a quick review, to recognize and applaud the collaborative efforts from Merit Hunter, to assist us in choosing the ideal replacement for our aging hot tub. Merit was an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave us a clear and thorough breakdown of a good replacement option based on our usage needs. We ended up going with a 2025 display model, the Jettsetter LX. He also walked us through the whole process, to include the delivery, installation, follow up Water Balancing appointment to coach me on the correct products to add when needed. He also highlighted where to access useful information on our new hot tub. He’s been easily accessible for any questions I’ve had. In closure, Merit is a real asset to the company, and is the perfect person to reach out to for your next hot tub!!
