DO NOT BOOK. I booked online at a location that was convenient, they rebooked me to new location 15 miles away. I was not able to take my children that far. I called and asked for a refund. 7 emails and 3 calls later. They never refunded despite promising one. There are so many better places than this: go to Mastermind or Game Over in Sandy Springs instead.

Very enjoyable escape room. The rooms arent the largest but the quality of the puzzles is very enjoyable. Did the clown room and had a good time all and all. Only downside is the AC is out in the common area but they put portable units inside each puzzle and plenty of fans around.
This place was so fun! It was My first escape rooms and I'd definitely go back to this one or any other one! Our group did the outbreak room. It was a pretty tough room, but we managed to get the highest score yet! They had cool and thoughtful puzzles and tried to make it a little funny also. Loved it!
Very disappointing experience. Do not trust their address on Google as they are no long in Sandy Springs. I would not have booked with them if I had known they moved to Atlanta as my family had to drive an hour to get to Sandy Springs for my 30th birthday celebration. And we had dinner reservations in Sandy Springs. When I called to explain this situation I was offered no empathy and no refund for our party of 7. They didn’t even offer to move our reservation to a different date. I would not choose this company. Needless to say to say our celebration was ruined.
Big escape rooms was super easy to book with online. You can clearly see puzzle descriptions, max number of people per room, price, difficulty, and pass rate on the website. I don’t think many escape rooms include about how many people passed the room, but I’m not sure if they ever update it or if the numbers are accurate. Angelica introduced us to the room and setting! She was super kind~ We did the basketball one (rated at easy, 50% pass rate, up to 6 ppl in a room) as a warmup. If 6 people were in this small room, it would definitely feel claustrophobic. It wasn’t too challenging or simple. The hardest thing was how to use the walkie talkie since it was my first time LOL. Angelica had to interventions and tell us to let go of the black button on the walkie talkie. We were a bit stumped with how some of the puzzles work because I never thought I could do this in particular to find clues. Some of the visuals and props could’ve needed some work like painting, antiqueness, and productional set up. But the room was pretty clear with what needed to be solved. Their wooden placards for escaping or failing the puzzle were mediocre though ☹️ The person working when we ended took some not great pictures but kind enough to retake 😅. Another thing so I didn’t like is that when we opened the final door to the actual room, the timer kept going. So we don’t really know when we finished (or if we were even close to the leaderboard). The room and floor were also freezing cold.
It was a great experience. We did the outbreak challenge. Starts off easy however as we progress, it gets tougher and we really have to think out of the box. Either way, we enjoyed it.
Had an amazing time solving the clues and unlocking each door along the way. The puzzles were engaging and kept us thinking as a team throughout. Had a fun and immersive experience.
Great game for $20! Yep, Basketball is only twenty dollars. I woke up ready for an adventure. I said, "It's time to do another escape room. But I need a cheap one!" Got on Google and whoop, there it was... Booked it and made it down there... Passed it at first because it's tucked away in the midst of straight demolition, but although the building doesn't look like that's it, that's it! The guy in the lobby was friendly. You'll have to sign in with your ID. Got upstairs and Stevon was a pure pleasure. She got us checked in and went over everything and got us started. When we got hung up, she was there with the clues to help us along. We didn't make it out in time but the fun was a 10/10, regardless. Once the game was over, she took group pictures for us to remember our experience and gave us coupons or something towards our next visit. Great experience! We're definitely going back soon. We've already decided that Clown is up next!
