I was referred to Dr. Mountcastle by Dr. Wilhelm, a fantastic podiatrist. Originally I was seeking schlerotherapy, and underwent one round of injections at the Med Spa. However, during the follow up, the Med Spa RN immediately sent me for an ultrasound — that very minute— based on some symptoms I was having. Dr Mountcastle himself did the ultrasound within 15 minutes and discussed the ablation procedure that was necessary. I am so impressed and grateful that, instead of continuing the schlerotherapy which they could have easily done, they wanted to ensure that the problem was treated. Although I had to wait for my insurance preapproval longer than I would have liked, scheduling both legs was very easy. I can’t say I enjoyed the procedures but the staff and nurses made the experience very good and Dr Mountcastle is excellent. I felt like I was in the best of care from the minute I entered his practice. That is the hallmark of a great physician’s office. I’m still anxious to see the results (I guess it may be several months) but I’m posting after today’s second procedure to say that I am very impressed by Dr Mountcastle, the Med Spa, all reception staff and nurses. First class. I live 50 minutes from his office and worth the travel!

I was able to schedule an appointment for next-day and all the staff was super kind. They were very efficient and I was brought right back into a room. After speaking with the nurse, I only had to wait about 2 minutes for Dr. Mountcastle to come in. He was very kind and understanding. Highly recommend this clinic!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mountcastle today. I sought him out to address an issue from a prior procedure done elsewhere, and he handled everything with confidence, skill, and professionalism. He immediately put me at ease, clearly explained the plan, and resolved the issue efficiently, which was a huge relief. Unbelievable experience. Dr. Mountcastle is professional, detailed, and to the point. He removed 3 lipomas in 20 minutes. He used an existing mark to make the incision to avoid additional scars. I had no pain during or after the procedure. The staff is very courteous and professional. Appointments are fast to get and waiting time is minimal (morning and afternoon).

I've always had problems getting bras to fit properly and eventually discovered it was because I was very bottom heavy, and most bras aren't made for that shape of breast. After so much frustration, I ended up wearing bras that were much too small in order to "get by," but I was so frustrated that I couldn't just buy a bra in my size and have it fit. After years of this frustration, I decided to go for a consultation for a breast augmentation to increase my upper pole fullness. After so much research, I ended up in the office of Dr. Mount castle, and I'm eternally grateful that I did. I went for a consultation, and was impressed by how smoothly the practice was run, how kind everyone was, but, most of all, how knowledgeable everyone was. I had done my research, but still had plenty of opportunity to ask Dr. Mountcastle and Sarah any questions that I did have. I felt so at ease, respected, and comfortable that I knew I had found the place for my surgery even though it was the only consultation I had. This was my first surgery where I would be under anesthesia, which made me nervous, but I felt comfortable that Dr. Mountcastle could handle anything that happened since he's also board certified in general surgery. It's been three months to the day since my surgery, and I couldn't be more happy or more grateful that I chose Dr. Mountcastle. Sarah was beyond wonderful helping me to decide on implant size. Dr. Mountcastle and Sarah were always available to answer any questions. My surgery was completely uneventful, and my recovery was beyond easy. I credit my smooth recovery to myself for following instructions, but also to my wonderful surgeon and his skills. I've had no complications, and the pain was minimal. If I could do it over again, I would in a heartbeat. My results are amazing, and I can wear bras in my size for the first time in my life, which is such a relief and a joy. I can't recommend Dr. Mountcastle and his practice enough, and I'm almost sorry I don't have any other wishlist procedures because it's been such a joy working with him and his practice.

Dr. Mountcastle and his team are absolutely fantastic! I had to have a medical procedure. They treated me with care and dignity. His team of nurses and receptionists went above and beyond to make sure that I was cared for. I highly recommend them.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Mountcastle and Sarah today. My 9-year-old needed a minor procedure and was understandably very nervous, but from the moment we walked in, everyone — from the front desk staff to Dr. Mountcastle and Sarah — was incredibly friendly, patient, and kind. They took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. What stood out most was how gently and confidently they cared for my son. They spoke to him in a way that helped him feel calm and safe, and their reassurance truly put this mom at ease as well. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and families. Dr. Mountcastle and his staff are awesome! They have worked with me to schedule various procedures and have been so helpful and accommodating. Three years ago he did a Pilar cyst removal and another plastic surgeon couldn’t even find the scar! Recently, he did another Pilar cyst removal, a Mohs closure and two vein ablations for me. Everything has healed so nicely and I’ve had great results. His staff is helpful and easy to work with, and he’s clearly an expert at what he does - I feel very confident under his care!
