I ordered a frame with 8.5x11 opening and I received an email asking me to check the measurements! Since I was ordering an odd size they wanted to make sure it was correct! I was so impressed by their concern that I received the correct size! I would absolutely recommend using University Frames for your diplomas! Beautiful frame and reasonably priced!

The frame I chose for my husband’s graduation this June 2026 is beautiful and made exceptionally well! It is the frame that will hold Ryan’s PhD Diploma and this is the third frame we have purchased from University Frames as Ryan has his Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in matching University Frames and they are all so beautiful to look upon! Thank you so much for your craftsmanship! I would get a fourth frame for me but I haven’t seen any diplomas for a PhT (Putting Hubby Through)!!!

The quality of the service/frame is high, but so is the cost. Additionally, the delivery time was fairly lengthy, but at least the communication with the customer was excellent. I might use this service again, but only sparingly due to the high expense. I'm pleased with the outcome, but uncertain if I'll become a repeat customer. As the saying goes, "You can shear a sheep many times, but skin him only once." By considering lower purchase costs for the customer, you would encourage repeat business. I am certain there's enough margin in a repeat customer business model to maintain profitability.

My daughter's Northeastern University frame is absolutely gorgeous. She loves it. And the hanging instructions and tips were super helpful and made it so simple.

I'm really happy with how my frames turned out. They look really nice, arrived safely (packaged VERY well for shipping), and the instructions for framing and hanging were very easy to follow. I especially liked the way the hanging hardware created a small hole in the drywall to mark where I was supposed to put the nails and that a bubble level was included to make sure it was straight. The frames are a little pricey, but now that I have received mine, I can honestly say the cost is worth it.

My frame came in the mail today (earlier than expected). The quality is spectacular. It’s built very solidly and looks beautiful. My diploma fit perfectly. I would highly recommend University Frames to anyone looking for a diploma frame.

Diploma frames are an incredibly important purchase because you will literally look at these frames everyday of your professional life!! I found University Frames, Inc. (a California company) online in Utah and I'm glad I did. They do great work. My basic review: University Frames, Inc. communicates and works with the customer with a similar feel and friendliness of a small business, and they have the efficiency and processes of a large online company like Amazon. I've ordered from this company two or three times because I want a consistent look to the diplomas and certificates I put in my office. Each time University Frames does a great job. I was pleased that they mailed me sample materials that they border the diplomas with. I'm so glad they did because I was leaning to the leather border, but I ended up choosing the felt border after looking at and feeling all of the samples. (All materials were included as a small square sample size in an envelope they mailed me.) Also, they did send me a frame once with a small foreign paper scrap or something in the felt portion of the border frame that I didn't feel comfortable with trying to fix (I'm sure I would make it look worse). It was also fitted to hang landscape, instead of portrait. A little frustrated, I called University Frames. They were very professional and courteous. They apologized and asked me to send the frame back and they fixed it right away and sent me another one that was without the object in the felt and was set to hang portrait. This was an obvious make or break situation with this company and they did the right thing which re-enforced my trust and confidence with them. I will continue to purchase diploma frames from University Frames, Inc. Thank you all for your great service!

WOW! This company did a fantastic job on my diploma frame and picture w/tassel frame. I saw a few other frames on the market and the quality was decent but I gave University Frames a chance because I saw some good reviews + I had a coupon :-). They did a phenomenal job packing the items as well as the box took up most of my trunk. Set up was easy and they provided hardware to put on the wall, etc. My diploma has a unique size and I was happy to be able to get a wonderful frame for it. Thanks again!
