I had an outstanding experience at UP on the Roof in Alpharetta. Bailey provided exceptional service from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, attentive, and made excellent recommendations that turned out to be absolutely spot on. The food was fantastic, and it’s clear the chef takes great pride in delivering high-quality dishes. Every item we ordered was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The combination of great food, amazing service, and the rooftop atmosphere made for a memorable dining experience. A special thank you to Bailey for going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. She is a true asset to the restaurant. I highly recommend UP on the Roof to anyone looking for great food, outstanding service, and a five-star experience in Alpharetta. We will definitely be back!

Very nice Rooftop restaurant with great views of downtown Alpharetta! I can only imagine how busy they are during the warmer months! I ordered the Lamb Sliders which came with fries and was tasty! I should've requested medium because it came well done. I had a glass of French Chardonnay and the bartender, Nick was very helpful! I will definitely return!

We went as an Valentines 💝. The atmosphere was amazing. We got so many compliments on our attire. The food was delicious 😋. We had a great server. Very attentive and informative. We had a fabulous night.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Up on the Roof in May 2026, and it was absolutely perfect! We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience and wouldn't have changed a single thing. From the very beginning, the entire staff was wonderful to work with. They were so organized, responsive, and always available to answer our questions, which made the planning process completely stress-free. A huge shoutout to Hilary, the Event Sales Manager! She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our dream reception came to life. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made us feel so supported every step of the way. Our guests haven't stopped talking about how incredible everything was! The food and drinks were outstanding, and everyone absolutely loved the breathtaking rooftop views of downtown. We've heard over and over again how much fun everyone had and how beautiful the venue was. If you're looking for the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, I can't recommend Up on the Roof enough! Whether it's an engagement party, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or any other celebration, this venue is truly something special. We are so thankful to the entire team for making one of the happiest days of our lives so unforgettable. Thank you for giving us memories we'll cherish forever!

A couple of weeks ago, my mom and I came here to check out the Christmas decor and menu options. Upon entering, you can see how decorative and festive the restaurant is for Christmas, and there's Christmas music playing throughout the building. Also, you can see the square from the rooftop, was beautiful with the Christmas tree and candy canes. 🎄 For my drink, I ordered a mocktail and for my entree, I ordered shrimp tacos and fries. My meal was simple, yet pretty good! Theh service was pretty good. Our waiter was very kind and helpful when we had questions, and he gave nice recommendations. Overall, it was a great outing, and a nice experience as well!

We had the pleasure of having Ethan as our waiter. He was very knowledgeable and patient. This was our second time at the restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. My sis was visiting from MD for Mother’s Day and Ethan was gracious enough to take a picture with her.

I ordered the shrimp tacos, and they were absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. They were easily one of the best shrimp taco dishes I’ve had, and I can’t wait to come back for them again. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and an awesome rooftop atmosphere, I highly recommend Up on the Roof and looking for Imani to be your server. I had been wanting to try UP on the Roof for a while, but never had the chance until last week. One of my co-workers arranged for an after work get-together for 8 of us and I'm so happy she did! The ambiance was great, the food was delicious, but our waiter, Khal, was the absolute BEST! He was professional, friendly, and fielded all of our questions and special requests without blinking an eye. All 8 of us work in customer service, and all 8 of us agreed that Khal's customer service was top-notch. The food was good, but moderately expensive. $22.00, for a smash burger is a bit much, even if was a double paddy, but it was tasty and the fries that came with it were excellent, so I was happy to splurge. Other entrees that were ordered were the Shrimply the Best (shrimp and grits), I'm Quinoa on You (quinoa bowl with chicken), and the Clucking Good Cobb Salad. All of the entrees were well received, but Khal is the one that left the best impression on all of us. If all of UP's waitstaff is like him, then we won't hesitate to come back again!
