Good communication by the mattress pick up & disposal person, Mario. He called 30 minutes prior to pick up (in a 12 hour window—I would prefer a 4 hour or less window!) to let me know he’ll be arriving in 30 minutes. He arrived on time from the call time. Professional and friendly.

The overall experience was very negative. They didn’t have the movers that were promised us available, we had to change the move-in date for a day later because no one showed up. We had to pay for a hotel out of our own pocket because we had nowhere to stay. However, the two gentlemen that were assigned to unload the U-Haul and move the stuff in, Jeremiah and James, We’re wonderful. Very competent and willing to help us.
Excellent from start to finish. The online pricing and pick up scheduling was so simple to navigate, quick and efficient. Price is very reasonable, pick up was handled quickly and professionally. All around efficiency! I recommend this company 100% and will be them again.
I had a great experience with the movers. Adrian let me know when he was on his way and when he was close to my home. He and his assistant were friendly, accommodating and very careful not to damage anything on the way thought my home. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the service I received.
I booked 2 hours for a TWO person crew to move: 2 sofas; 2 armoire; a full size refrigerator; a king size adjustable bed; several lamp tables; a dining table; 3 chest of drawers; and desk.
ONE (1) O-N-E guy showed up. He was nice and capable. But I had to be the second guy on the entire move. There was no way one guy could move those things with a 4-wheeled dolly. When he did try with the first item, he banged into door ways. That’s when I pitched in. I paid for a moving service, that ended up being the equivalent of me having a neighbor come over to help.
And to top it off, he put an 10-INCH SCRATCH in our BRAND NEW wood floor when moving the fridge. I now need to have the flooring company come back to repair that section of the floor.
Darryl and team were great. They showed up early and got it moved out. Very nice and courteous!
When we purchased a new mattress we didn't know what to do with the old one. Many thrift organizations don't pick them up. Load up was awesome and seamless. They even picked up the mattress on a Sunday. The two gentleman that come by were very courteous and kept us informed about arrival. They are going to donate the mattress for us. All in all a great experience.
I would give zero but it’s not an option. I believe it’s a scam. They charge my credit card $104. They never picked up my couch from my apartment and when I complained they sent me a text message saying we’ve picked up your couch. I talked to the man who picked it up so you have to pay the $104. I’ll be taking this to the corporation commissioner somewhere but I think it’s a scam. I even took it apart and put it in the hallway unbelievable
