LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I told the sales rep Kazmin Williams that I wanted to wait to get gutters installed because I was getting siding put up. She stated that it wouldn't matter well... Siding company wants to charge me 800+ to remove the gutter so they can replace white trim that the gutters are attached to. Now they won't answer the phone or text messages...bad communication bad company... Never do business with them.

I had a great experience with LeafFilter today. I’m already a customer—I had my gutters installed back in 2022—and recently decided to move forward with adding leaf guards. Andy came out to meet with me, and he was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through my options and answer all of my questions clearly. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was throughout the process. It made me feel confident in moving forward, and I’m looking forward to the installation. Based on this experience alone, I would definitely recommend LeafFilter—and Andy in particular—to anyone considering their services.

BUYER BEWARE! The sales guy Noah came out and spent 10 minutes walking around outside my house. He came in with a clipboard held close to his chest...never discussing or sharing measurements. He first cam up with a cost of $7k and within minutes reduced the cost to a little over 6k. I asked him why and said because I'm allowing the install the next day. After reading more reviews I had 2nd thoughts about the cost. My house is 1400 sq ft and just getting guards on the existing gutters. I email Noah to tell him to hold off on the install....then I signed the cancelation section of the purchase agreement and took it to the post office so its postdated on the 2nd day if the 3 days allowed to cancel. I was away for the day and when I returned a guy in a small pickup had installed the guards. I reached outnto the rep and he referred me to customer service. Just out of habit I climbed the ladder to check the work. The guards were installed with the shingles overlapping the 1/2 of the guards. I took pictures and sent to customer service who sent out an inspector. The inspector said the guards were not installed properly and I would have to get a roofer to trim the shingles....this was very upsetting....I asked the inspector if he would have installed the guards with the shingles being too long and he answered No. I phoned the finance Co. Concord Credit to stop the transaction that had been adjusted multil times by Leaffilter, and they would not do it even with a dispute process. So I have guards improperly installed and expected to get a roofer to fix, and expected to pay 6k for the install I canceled through the proper procedures . I'm hoping that the corporate office is able to make thus right. The 6k cost is 3x over the price for a 1400 Sq ft house. The rep never discussed linear ft.....just the dollar amounts he pulled off the top of his head. When they tell you they'll talk to their boss to adjust then price.....the reps are playing with thier own numbers. One other thing...you're lead to believe they will send out professional Leaffilter installer, when in fact they farm the installs out to limited English speaking cheap laborer.. a man in a little pickup truck and a cute little doggy is what I came home to and I had a difficult time communicating.

They showed up on time and got the job done in one day, inspite of some not so great weather. And Noah stayed in touch with us every step of the way ensuring all went as planned. Kyle made the whole gutter guard process way easier than expected. From the first conversation, he actually knew what he was talking about. No pressure, just straight answers and solid recommendations. He walked me through the options, pricing, and what would work best for my house without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need. The install turned out great. The gutter guards look clean, do exactly what they’re supposed to, and I don’t have to worry about climbing up there every season anymore. Huge upgrade. If you’re thinking about getting gutter guards, ask for Kyle. He’s straightforward, professional, and actually follows through. Easy 5 stars.

Brennan Guinther...what a great experience with Brennan and the company! At 71, l am most skeptical of sales reps/service companies. Have experienced many in my time. Brennan is a very positive young man, related his companies business ethics and product very well. Showing me what they do, how they do it and explaining what they will do. I truly appreciate that! Gave me the time and did not push me nor dismiss any of my questions! That says a great deal! Says a great deal about the person and the company. Thank you, Brennan! Joshua was extremely helpful at explaining the long term benefits Leaffilter had to offer and was very patience at not only explaining, but answering all my questions. I'm going to start off by saying this is the most unreliable disgusting company ever dealt with any type of product or situation that they caused and refused to fix or handle any situation that I've been reporting for the last 3 months since the first day of installation. I had the sales rep come over they started off very high on their price which I think is ridiculous and he wanted to give me a I thought was a decent deal but I wanted to put the filter on my gutters and he was a good salesman talked to his good game. So, the installer came out the next day and installed the product so I made sure that he took pictures of the gutters before and after just for my purpose and to make sure things were done correctly. So he installed the the material and took pictures of after once he said he completed it he left I walked around and noticed that he had bent the corner of my shingle of the roof bent the back pretty badly. I then I noticed he did not put screws on for spots in the back of the house looking at the pics( which I'm glad I made him take the pictures cuz I would have not been able to see the mess up the day he did). So then I called talk to customer service they said that will send them out to fix it and repair. I said well then you need to send out somebody right away cuz was going to rain the next day and there was a big gap between my roof and where the gutter is. So they said we'll send them out on Friday and I said I couldn't wait so I contacted a roofer and had him come out and tell me if I needed to repair this and how much it was going to cost. The roofer contacted me and said that it was bent back pretty bad but he he fixed it without charging me which I thought was absolutely fantastic so leaf filter got away with that but he still had to come out and fix some another problem and then it was leaking in one corner of The gutter and then put into three four screws that were missing in the back. So I contacted the customer service again and told them that I need to have a rep to come out and take care of this before it gets worse. They had put me down on the schedule on a Friday they said he would be there between 8:00 and 12:00. So I waited come 1:00 I called and they said well he should be out there so he text me and stated that he will be late if that was okay and I said that was fine I'll be home. So come around 5:00 - 6:00 I have not heard from him so he text me and stated hey can I come out Saturday because I got stuck on a job and it's late so if I can come out Saturday morning I'll be out there and I said that's fine he says between 10:00 and 12:00 I said that's fine I had other people coming out to do some work in my house. So around noon to 1:00 I did not hear from him so I texted him I said hey what's going on with you, you stated you were going to be out here at a certain time. He stated I got held up on a job he says I won't be able to make it today he goes as any chance I can come out Sunday morning he says I will be there at 8:00 no questions asked. I promise you I will be there at 8:00am. Now mind you this is two times he canceled out on a job that was supposed to be done and corrected by his mistake. So come Sunday morning 8:00 still haven't seen him then it's about 10:00 still haven't heard from him so come around noon I reached out to him hey what's going on you told me you were going to be at 8:00 I'm sorry I can't make it he says you going to have to call customer service and see if they can send somebody out and I said well that was BS because you promised me three times that you canceled that you're going to come take care of it and now I'm stuck with it and it's going to rain he goes well I apologize he goes I can try to come out Monday morning he goes if you willing to do that and I said well you canceled on me three times so I am going to forget about you and contact customer service talk to manage and complain that you canceled on me three times that is very unprofessional and ruthle
