I recently went on a nighttime tour of old town alexandria. I learned so much from the tour and now have a deeper appreciation of the rich history of old town! My group’s tour guide Ceres, kept us engaged and entertained throughout the whole tour. Ceres is great at telling spooky stories and answered all questions our group had about the area. This was my first walking tour experience and I can’t wait to bring friends and family to future tours!
Such a fun and spooky experience! We did the 10pm Sunday tour, and the quiet, nearly empty streets made the whole night feel even more eerie (in the best way). Our guide was a little nervous, but she was very personable and shared great insight—especially since her family has been in Alexandria for generations. You could tell Cerie really cared about the history and welcomed our questions. Walking through Wilkes Tunnel and visiting one of the original burial sites were definite highlights—both gave off real spooky vibes. My friend and I left feeling genuinely intrigued by the stories and reported apparitions. Definitely recommend for a unique night out.
Janda was was entertaining, knowledgeable, and kept a great pace. My daughter even caught what might be an orb in one of her pictures. We had great fun and highly recommended this tour.
Janda is a great tour guide! She shared so many ghost stories and we also learned interesting historical information about Alexandria. The tunnel was my favorite! I Highly recommend this tour!
Wow! What a fun tour for the whole family! Took this tour with my niece. Others were there with spouses, children, etc. Our guide Ceres was perfect. Ceres spoke clearly and enthusiastically while describing each haunted site. Each haunted location and accompanying ghost story was interesting, informative, and scary. I highly recommend taking The Ultimate Dead of night tour
We had a great time the night before Halloween exploring Old Town Alexandria on a ghost tour. Our guide, Buzz, was an excellent communicator—easy to hear and understand, which we especially appreciated since English is my guest’s second language. This tour is a fun and engaging way to experience the history of Alexandria. Highly recommend!
Michelle was a great guide and the tour was super interesting! We learned a lot about local history and Alexandria at night is beautiful.
Buzz was very fun and insightful about the history of Alexandria. He told us great stories and showed landmarks to go along with them. Fun, casual experience. It was great to do this after dinner and walk around for an hour and learn.
