I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. The place was clearly staffed mostly by teenagers, and unfortunately the lack of customer service experience showed. It took 30 minutes to receive my order. I understand that businesses can get busy and that things can become overwhelming — that happens. But that’s exactly when professionalism and communication matter most. There was little sense of urgency, no proactive updates, and no acknowledgment of the delay. When you’re asking customers to wait that long, basic communication and care go a long way. I don’t mind waiting when a team is doing their best and keeping customers informed. What bothered me was the apparent indifference. I hope management takes this seriously and invests in better training and supervision, especially during peak hours.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Visiting family and wanted a sweet treat at the famous Bahama Bucks, and I was sadly disappointed. We arrived in the drive thru line at 5:00 p.m. with maybe 5 cars in front of us. We didn't get to the ordering box until 5:30 p.m. The young man who took our order was short rude. Finally got to the window at 5:45 p.m. to pay and none of pur order was ready. The teens working were joking and talking to people in the store. We finally got to the window to pay and it took another 30 minutes to get out drinks. The girl at the window was nice but was on her phone and no one was in a hurry to do anything. I had two toddlers in the car that were starving by the time we left because we waited over an hour in line. Won't be doing that again.

0/5 stars if I could. Went to this location for the first and last time on Easter and there was black mold in both of our snow cones. We ordered piña colada’s so our cups should’ve been clear but as you dug into it there was mold all the way through. They gave me a refund but still continued to serve other customers that day so obviously they weren’t concerned with the safety of their customers by immediately cleaning their ice machine. This really could make people sick. So gross.

They don’t know how to even make the shaved ice mountain top, they over flavor. It’s like they don’t care about there job. Girl with blonde hair gets on phone while having gloves on working. No one has no urgency to work in there sat in the line over 30min for shaved ice to be made still wrong

Do better why is white and not blue inside that’s not good you guys need to learn how to make the shaved ices better! We pay a lot of money we came on November 11 2025 we need a refund

Sweet treats, but dirty. The shaved ice was amazing, but the floors were sticky, tables were dirty & it had a stale smell to it. We decided not to sit in the location when we recieved our items. Service was good, they were nice.

I ordered 2 snow cones (only small sized mind you) which took me an outrageous 2 hours wait time in the drive threw, as I approached the window to see the 3 teenagers inside taking there time and laughing, absolutely ridiculous there is no reason for them to be taking so long, there needs to be some adult supervision at this location because everytime I come here it’s always something..

They don’t even deserve a star. I had came here 05/20/2026. I ordered my son a cherry snoblast. I try it. The taste is awful! I turn the package around it’s a YEAR EXPIRED!! The expiration date was 02/15/2025. I had called the store along messaging the company. Now this is a review to all. SO BAD. Like you would think the employees would check before just handing it out? Now my son is sick. 🤢 I am so mad!
