WORST TRAVEL AGENCY!!!!!!! It has been over a month, and my refund is STILL not processed. I contacted my bank, and they clearly confirmed that NO refund has ever been initiated on their end. Yet Wingie had the audacity to claim publicly that the refund was already issued. That is not just misleading, it feels like outright deception. PNR Numbers: 6Z3EYP, 97EF4H I even asked for a simple proof, an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number)—so the bank can trace the transaction. Until now, nothing has been provided. HOW CAN YOU BLATANTLY LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME VIA CALL CENTER THAT IT IS COMPLETELY REFUNDED WHEN ITS NOT? THIS IS ILLEGAL. Their customer service is just as bad. Call center agents either give vague “system error” excuses or cut the call entirely. No proper follow-up, no email updates, no accountability. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not false claims and delays. Im calling out @Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, Air Arabia and Qatar Airways to look closer on this deceptive company. And TO ALL OF YOU, Avoid this platform if you value your time, money, and peace of mind. THIS IS THE WORST TRAVEL AGENCY AND THE MOST UNHINGED.

Subject: Request for Full Refund Due to Flight Cancellation I booked a flight from Dammam to Madurai for 9 July 2026 through Wingie (PNR: 8YIAJ7). I have received an email from Air India informing me that the booked flight has been cancelled. As there are no suitable alternative flight options available for my travel plans, I would like to request a full refund of the ticket amount. Kindly process the refund at the earliest and confirm once it has been initiated. Below mail attached herewith received from Airindia. I tried to contact Wingie all the way but couldn’t not succeed. Air India said contact Wingie for the refund. Please support and resolve the issue.

I strongly advise against purchasing airline tickets through Wingie.com (also known as Enuygun.com). My experience raises serious concerns about transparency and fair business practices. Booking details: PNR: 3Q3BAE Airline: AJET Flights: VF222 (SHJ–SAW, May 23, 2026) and VF221 (SAW–SHJ, May 29, 2026) On April 10, 2026, the airline cancelled both flights. As per standard aviation practice, passengers are entitled to a full refund in cases of involuntary cancellation. The airline confirmed that the full amount was refunded to the issuing agent, Wingie. Despite this, Wingie deducted AED 423.10 from my refund under the label of “service fee,” even though the only disclosed service fee at the time of booking was AED 52.47. No such additional charge was disclosed or agreed upon at any stage. This appears to be a clear case of undisclosed and disproportionate charges, raising serious concerns regarding compliance with basic consumer protection principles, including transparency and fair pricing. In addition, Wingie failed to notify me of the cancellation. I had to follow up myself after being informed by the airline, and contacting their customer service required lengthy international calls. When reached, the response was unprofessional, with no proper justification provided and no willingness to escalate the issue. This was my first experience encountering such a level of unprofessional conduct and lack of transparency from a ticketing agency. In cases of airline-initiated cancellations, it is widely accepted that passengers are entitled to a full refund, and any deviation from this principle—especially through undisclosed charges—is highly concerning. Beyond the financial impact, this situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration after planning a trip in advance, only to face additional losses due to circumstances outside my control. I have formally escalated this matter to UAE Consumer Protection authorities and other relevant bodies. Based on this experience, I regret choosing this agency and strongly advise others to exercise caution when booking through Wingie / Enuygun.

تعامل سىء.. لا يوجد خدمه عملاء تعين .... اخدت تذكره واردت فى نفس يوم الحجز تبديل الوجهه .... رفضوا ... اردت تعديل بييانات رفضوا .... اردت اللغاء قالوا تسترد ٥% من القيمه التذكره .. .... يعنى تسترى التذكره ولو فيها اى مشكله تشربها ومحدش بيعين ولا بيحل
