We had a great experience while renting the electric wheelchair. It was a huge help for my dad since he wasn’t able to walk much, and the battery lasted all day without any issues. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was very friendly, and the gentleman who helped us was especially kind and helpful. They were also very quick to respond whenever we had questions and were flexible with the pickup and drop-off times, which made things so much easier since we had other trips planned. Highly recommend if you need an electric wheelchair while visiting Istanbul. Thank you for the great service!

Absolutely first class worth every penny. I booked the wheelchair from the UK on arrival in Istanbul the company contacted me to see what chair would suit me best and sent me a video to choose from. The representative contacted me on my arrival to the airport and checked my time of arrival at my Hotel and within 15 minutes of me arriving he was there with the chair.Gave a complete demonstration and I was good to go. The chair was in very good working order complete with a memory foam cushion for extra comfort. At the end of my trip I left the chair for collection at reception.

Foram muito atenciosos e pacientes com todas as questões que coloquei. Reservamos a cadeira de rodas de Portugal. Minha amiga ficou bem servida e conseguimos nos locomover em Istambul sem problemas. Eles nos levaram duas cadeiras de rodas, piis estava em duvida, de qual escolheria, no nosso hotel, e nos explicou qual seria mais fácil de utilizar em Istambul. Was a last minute request. Enquired late the evening desperately looking for a wheelchair during a boat trip. By the next morning the wheelchair was delivered and the driver even prioritized my delivery. Thank you and be blessed in abundance. I was able to tour and move around seamlessly in Istanbul due to your speedy, excellent and caring service . Highly recommended.

Great service from Istanbul Wheelchair. Prices were very reasonable and communication was excellent. They were very responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. Everything was smooth and reliable, which made our trip much easier. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when I visit Istanbul next time.
