Booking Surgery

I recently had surgery with Dr Emin at the beginning of April through booking surgery and I have to say they’ve been brilliant, from the very beginning nothing has been too much for them. Very helpful, understanding and professional. The hospital staff at Yasam were just the best, such kind, caring people! My surgeon has done an amazing job, very neat scars and I’ve been told by professionals in the uk that my belly button is one of the best they’ve seen after abdominoplasty (only been 3 weeks) Also I have to give my coordinator Bruce a shout out for putting up with me haha, I have had one million questions, panicked about stuff, changed my mind etc and he’s been really good, nothing has been too much for him and he’s answered all my questions and concerns with no problems. Even after my surgery now I’m still in contact with him checking on my healing etc. I’d highly recommend this company for sure! 🫶🏼

0 stars not 1 Awful company. Feels like a con. Flew all the way out to Turkey to be told the day of the surgery it couldn’t be done because of an illness ten years ago. Claimed it wasn’t declared when it was, checked the medical form and it was there. Charged a cancellation fee even though they cancelled us. Immediately told we had to go to either a hotel or the airport. Conveyer belt of patients obviously don’t read forms properly

I have recently had a face and neck lift templelift with Booking Surgery. After doing a lot of research, I decided they were the right place for me to go. The inpatient team made me feel very comfortable and more relaxed about the whole process. The nurses service was outstanding! They worked like clockwork in terms of taking care of you and I particularly want to thank Benjamm, Leo, Mery and John. The translators, Martin and Sam, were wonderful and they addressed all my concerns and translated all my questions to the doctors and nurses. I had a coordinator, Chris Y Andrea, that was in touch with me from the first time I messaged Booking Surgery, and he is still in touch with me now, weeks after my surgery and returning home. I am very grateful for all his help, he has gone over and above his job to help me out. My hospital room was immaculate, cleaned daily and bedding changed. Food was appropriate for post surgery, and was all delivered following hygiene rules. I was run through all the discharge information with the doctors and felt happy knowing what my aftercare needed to look like once I returned home. I would definitely choose Booking Surgery again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for top quality care. My surgery was with Dr Atacan Emre Koçman - he is exceptional at what he does and I am thrilled with my results.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Strongly do not recommend - I wouldn’t send my dog here. They take no accountability when anything goes wrong. Their only suggestion for wound dehiscence(& seroma) 12 weeks post surgery is to have an ointment sent over from Turkey to Ireland. They will try to put the blame on you, when all you did was follow their guidelines in regards to healing. All is ok with them until you pay. AVOID.

I’d give minus 1000 stars if I could. Please AVOID this scam of a company. They DO NOT care about you, it’s all about the money! They take no accountability for their mistakes, they lie after lie and make you feel like you’re in the wrong! I BEG nobody book through this company, I’ve just got back from here and would NEVER recommend. I nearly never made it back home!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I recently had a mini bypass surgery here and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, communication was great, everything was clearly explained and I always felt informed and reassured. The nurses were truly amazing kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. My surgeon was incredibly professional, calm, and made me feel completely confident in the procedure. On top of all that, the facility offers a lovely view of the sea, which made recovery feel a little more peaceful. Thank you to the entire team for such wonderful care!

Hola el jueves me opere en esta clínica por reconocimiento de otras personas ,soy de Barcelona me hice una manga gastrica y tengo que decir que Iva con el pánico total de la operacion. Todo fue un éxito la primera noche la pase horrible por vol mito y dolor de estómago y al otro día empezó todo a mejorar. Tengo que decir que sali contenta de todo. Y al volverme q España me toco un traductor en el coche llamado Denis que habla español nejor que muchos que hay en esta clínica es más de inglés o otros idiomas pero Denis nos trato super bien nos ayudo en el areopuerto a todo. Agilizando todo para no sufrir yo tantas horas hay. Ósea Denis un encanto. Y todo fue genial compré todo allí las vitaminas los sobres todo. Todo te lo dan. Y tienes opciones de comprar. Ahora estoy en fase líquida llevo 4dias. Pero super bien tengo mucha energía y estoy super bien los puntos de la barriga se caerán solos y están cicatrizando todo bien y lo recomiendo. Llevaba más de un año pensándomelo y ahora que lo echo no ha sido tan dramático como me lo imagine

I went to booking surgery last last week for a mummy makeover, i can’t express how amazing the care was! Reading everyone’s reviews there all spot on. From my first message with Pierre (who is great) my coordinator ☺️ answered all my questions promptly, all the staff are amazing I went on my own and when i was getting a little emotional they was all there to make me feel better! I could go on and on..I’m so glad for my first ever surgery I chose here to have it, and Dr Omer thankyou so much you have changed my life I feel amazing I’m forever grateful. I actually miss it there a little! Thankyou!
