A Powerful and Exceptionally Well-Organized Experience We had an excellent guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau. The entire experience was very well organised from start to finish. Adam was professional, and made the journey comfortable and stress-free. The guide was outstanding – knowledgeable, respectful, and able to explain the historical significance of the site in a clear and engaging way. It was a moving and educational experience, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was tremendous. We had our Auschwitz trip changed without warning by another operator so we had to rearrange our salt mines trip to the day before very last minute with this operator. They couldnt have been more helpful. So accomodating. An absolute joy. Wonderful customer service. They made it so easy for us. They were well organised, helpful, professional and Daniel (our trip facilitior on the day) was an absolute delight. So friendly, fun and knowledgeable. It made our salt mines trip perfect from start to finish. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone and we would use their company again. 💯. The salt mines are a must visit. Thoroughly worth it and magical. It was like being in the Hobbit or LOTR. Dziękuję!

The company was excellent in terms of communication and very punctual with times and information. Our driver was also very friendly, and the vehicle was very clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, however, our tour guide was a disaster. From the start, she seemed eager to rush through the tour and also showed a great deal of indifference toward a member of our group who needed a wheelchair. Specifically, at Auschwitz-Birkenau, she failed to provide us with important information about specific points that other guides emphasized, resulting in us sometimes having to eavesdrop on those next to us in order to have a complete experience. The whole group agreed on this point in the end, as we mentioned that we need to visit the place again to have a complete experience. Many people travel from all over the world with limited funds and time to visit this monument. The best tour guides should be selected as a sign of respect for their effort and money. Not recommended. Thank you for your time.

This trip was really well organised, lots of updates before the trip which was good. Pick up on time and as close to the hotel as possible. The driver was a really good guy and explained everything perfectly and the tour guide was also brilliant in explaining everything. Also great value, would definitely recommend

The on-site guide at Auschwitz Birkenau was highly knowledgeable and communicated the history with clarity and respect, helping us better understand the scale and impact of what happened there. Overall, it was a deeply meaningful visit, supported by friendly and professional guidance that made the experience even more valuable. I strongly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to learn and reflect in a thoughtful and organised setting.

The organisation of the tour was outstanding, totally worth the money spent! Adam was super friendly, helpful and on time we really enjoyed the drive to and from Auschwitz and it was also very comfortable. The guide was good, perhaps Agatha could have been a bit more informative in some areas with maybe some more insights but I guess the topic and perhaps guidelines from the museum are set in a certain way. Nonetheless, she was friendly and helped us understand better the horror that went down there. All in all a great tour, organised splendidly,so thank you. The organisation of the tour was amazing and could not fault it. Our driver, sorry I’ve forgotten his name! Was lovely, very polite and friendly and was super helpful. The tour guide was brilliant and was happy to answer all questions asked, we didn’t feel rushed around the tour which was good too. We couldn’t fault it. Someone from the team messages you 48hrs before confirming a time for pick up then confirms again a day before, offers lunch for £12 which is cheaper and quicker than buying on the tour, sends you exact location of where you will be collected and dropped off.
