Had an amazing experience in Laadki. My husband bought his suit here a few weeks ago and I came back today to find the perfect matching shoes. Staff are so helpful!

These guys made me the most incredible outfit. Super professional. Not only did they do such a great job, the level of service was next level. When it came time for alterations and shipping they kept me updated every single step of the way. I cannot tell you how good these guys are. They are the real deal. You 100% shouldn't go anywhere else. They are really really amazing and super professional. I can't thank them or recommend them enough!!

I had such a lovely experience at this Indian shop while searching for a dress for a wedding. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. I wasn’t entirely sure what style I was looking for, but they patiently guided me through different options, explaining fabrics, colours, and designs in a way that made everything feel much less overwhelming. What really stood out was their attention to detail and how invested they were in helping me find something that felt just right for the occasion. They took the time to understand the vibe of the wedding and suggested outfits that were both elegant and appropriate, without ever being pushy. The quality and variety of the dresses were impressive, and I ended up finding something I absolutely love. It felt special and uniqueperfect for such an important event. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable shopping experience, and I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for something beautiful for a special occasion.

Laadki has always been our go to! It’s so easy to find outfits for all the men in the family and they have a great range of sizes available. The ladies clothes have so many different colour and material options and we always end up leaving with something! Would always recommend to anyone looking for quality Indian pieces!

I bought a black saree from Laadki. As soon as I got home I tried it on and realized that it’s black color came off on my hands. I called The owner whom I sent a photo of my hands. He refused an exchange or refund on the basis that it was a sale item and couldn’t see any dark marks on the sales person’s hands. I’m sure they did not examine her hands at that time. It’s not an honest business. I won’t go there again. I do not recommend this business.

I’m not even interested in giving 1 star, but without selecting a star rating, it won’t allow me to post this review. I’m writing this to share a very disappointing and upsetting experience I had today. I walked into the shop to buy a party suit and while the lady working there initially greeted us nicely, her attitude completely changed once we started looking at the clothes. She seemed completely uninterested in helping us. She only opened one suit and kept talking about my size instead of showing different designs. When my niece politely asked her to show more options, she responded in a very rude tone, saying, “First make sure what her size is L, XL, 2XL or 3XL. I’m not opening anything just like that. ” This was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. After she found out my size is 2XL, she still didn’t improve her behaviour. She opened just one more suit and that too only because we insisted on seeing it. While showing that, she said, “This is £198, first check if your budget is that much.” Honestly, this was shocking. My budget was £1000, but the way she spoke made me lose all interest immediately. What made it worse was how she commented on my body. When I asked about a colour I really liked, she said, “You are big in size, see only this side, those are not for your size.” Yes, I am currently bigger, I recently gave birth and had left my infant at home, The way she made me feel about it was deeply uncomfortable and quite upsetting. This was extremely rude, disrespectful and no customer should ever be spoken to like this. In contrast, I had a wonderful experience at the shop next door, Geetanjali. The owner and staff there are very welcoming, polite, and helpful. I spent £455 there for myself and my kids, not just because of the clothes but because of how nicely they treated us. Please don’t just rely on reviews, guys. From my experience, the staff at this shop (Laadki) are very unpleasant and rude especially the lady who was working today wearing a yellow dress. If the owner reads this, please seriously look into this matter and train your staff properly. Customers are the reason your business runs. Not every customer who walks in is guaranteed to buy, but we are coming with the intention to spend money, and we deserve respect. Also, please remind your staff that opening and showing clothes is part of their job. You are paying them to assist customers not to judge them or refuse service (she was too lazy to fold back the suits actually, which is part of her job). If the tone and attitude were better, I might have even bought something even if I wasn’t fully interested. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place based on how we were treated. Thank you and not coming back into your shop only because of your bad service from your workers....
