We had a viewing this morning with Karesh, and he was excellent throughout the process. We were the first viewers of the day, and he had already arrived before time and was fully prepared when we got there. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property. He answered all our questions clearly and gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling rushed. The whole experience felt smooth and well organised. We really appreciated his communication and would happily recommend him to others. After the viewing, we visited the office for some clarification, and the experience with Jessica was really great, as usual. I have been a tenant with Gibbs Gillespie for more than five years and have always had a wonderful experience with the team.

Communicating with Indianna is very easy, she is very proactive when issues arise and talks us through all the options clearly and always follows up by email or a phone call. Gibbs were an amazing estate agent to deal with, especially at a time of uncertainty with our current rental contract where our landlady wouldn't release us from our contract early without being liable for all rent and bills until the contract ends. We even got our holding deposit back which was not expected as we thought we lost it after we had to pull out of the contract. Reneè in particular was a pleasure to deal with, very efficient and helpful and attentive. We will defintley be considering gibbs in the future for our next rental property. Thank you for providing a second to none service and being so understanding in a difficult situation / unforseen circumstances that were beyond our control.

We had a great experience with this agent initially, but unfortunately everything changed once we moved in. The property was handed over in the same condition as when we viewed it, despite being assured that issues would be fixed beforehand. There was damp and mould on the walls and ceilings, and the garden and shed areas were left untidy. Overall, the house was not in a reasonable condition to move into. We raised these concerns during the viewing and again on move-in day, but over six weeks later nothing has been resolved. We’ve been passed from one person to another, told the issue is “being looked into,” and that the landlord has been contacted—but we’ve received no clear updates or action plan. Communication has been very poor. Emails are ignored and calls go unanswered. If the property was inspected before handover, it raises serious concerns about the standards this agency claims to maintain. Very disappointing experience, and we are still waiting for a resolution. I would strongly advise others to thoroughly check everything before moving in.
