Amazing service! Minar has been my family’s go to jeweller ever since I can remember so it was only right I got my engagement ring designed by them and they made my ring perfectly. I actually sent in a rough sketch of what I wanted and they did exactly that! So in love with my ring, amazing customer service from daxesh and the best thing was that it was all done so quickly and so professionally! I’ve just sent in my design for my wedding band and I cannot wait to see how they execute it!!

We’ve had the most wonderful experience with Jaysal and his staff at Minar’s. Our relationship began two years ago when my partner (as of next week, husband!) went in to buy my custom engagement ring. I’ll let him review that experience but he was left in no doubt that we should return to arrange our wedding bands. Jaysal totally understood the brief and helped me create my dream wedding band which goes beautifully with my engagement ring. The staff are responsive, polite, and take a genuine interest in you. It was so important to us that this experience was special. Nothing was too much to ask. Be sure to ask for the chai if you’re visiting. It’s delicious too! I’d give Minar 6✨ if possible I cannot recommend Minar Jewellers highly enough. From the moment I walked in, every single member of staff was warm, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive. The level of customer service was exceptional and something we rarely experience these days. I initially visited because they offered a selection of nose jewellery unlike anything I had seen elsewhere. Uncle personally bespoke all three of my nose rings exactly to my specifications. He took the time to discuss different designs, explain the options available, and thoughtfully adapt existing pieces to suit my needs perfectly. The result was three beautiful pieces of jewellery that I simply wouldn’t have been able to find anywhere else. Nothing felt rushed. The care, patience, and attention to detail were incredible, and I felt truly valued as a customer throughout the entire experience. To top it all off, I was even treated to homemade masala tea, which was absolutely delicious and made the visit feel even more special. I was completely taken aback by the level of service. It felt like a luxury, seven-star experience without the luxury price tag. I honestly wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for my jewellery. Recently i visited Minar Jewellers for three reasons, to sell old jewellery, to buy 2 sets for my daughter in law and to have my mum's old set repaired and polished. I whole heartedly can say that the service i received was outstanding on all 3 counts. Pravin and his colleagues were professional, gave sound advice and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with Jaysal at Minar when designing an engagement ring. He is professional, courteous and highly knowledgeable. His advice on what would work in terms of design choices was very helpful in designing a ring that my now fiancée loved. It was a very easy choice to work with Jaysal again when designing our wedding rings. Pricing is transparent and very fair.
