After searching and having pushy sales staff elsewhere. We were pleasantly surprised with Car supermarket. Mr Abdul our customer Advisor was exceptional for allowing us time to consider our options and deciding on accepting the most suitable. There was no pressure on us throughout and we were able to have a great deal thanks largely to the advisor. On collecting the car we chose was also a great experience. Highly recommended service and dealership. I would have no hesitation in recommending to customers looking to purchase a quality used vehicle.

Warning about scammers and dishonest car dealers. Please look carefully at the photos. Anyone with experience or knowledge about cars can clearly see that the airbag had previously been deployed after an accident. The seller hid this serious defect before selling the vehicle to me. This is not only dishonest but also dangerous. They sold the car without informing me about previous accident damage and safety issues. If another accident had happened, the airbag might not have worked properly. Be careful and avoid dealing with people like this. Hiding major faults from customers is unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this car dealer in the UK. After buying the car, I discovered that it had previously been involved in an accident and the airbag had been deployed. The seller completely hid this information from me before the sale. This is a serious safety issue. If another accident had happened, the airbag might not have worked at all, which could have put my life at risk. Selling a car with hidden defects like this is absolutely unacceptable. After contacting them about the issue, they have been ignoring my emails and refusing to respond. This is dishonest and irresponsible behaviour. Dealers who scam people and hide dangerous faults should not be allowed to operate.

Excellent customer service. John Ly went above and beyond and spent almost 3 hours sampling several options. He was detailed, informative and patient with all of us. He was a superb example of the importance of having an expert when making such an important decision. John made what could have been a painful and long journey really enjoyable and fun. Cannot recommend enough even if you have experience with car buying.
