I had an amazing experience with JTK Removals! Yesterday, my original moving van cancelled on me at the last minute, and I absolutely had to move out that same day. I called JTK Removals in a panic, and they managed to arrange everything for me on the very same day. The team was incredibly punctual, professional, and careful with all of my belongings. They handled everything with great attention, loading and unloading all my items efficiently and safely. I felt completely reassured throughout the whole process. Considering it was such a last-minute booking, the price was also very fair, which I truly appreciated. I’m so glad I found them and couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. Excellent service from JTK Removals. From booking with Jason via telephone to the team loading and unloading I can highly recommend. Great communication on the day, the team of 2 guys were very efficient, polite and took care handling everything. Competitive pricing and first class customer service.

Jason moved an unusual load - a bulky heavy harmonium - similar to an upright piano. I took photos of the instrument which he asked for, and gave a couple other details about the task - it felt very reassuring, fully insured, and I accepted the quote. It wasn't going to be 'man and van'. It proved to be the case when he and his assistant came round. It was all very professional. A bonus is that he is very personable - it wasn't a problem for them to move item of furniture from one room to another before leaving the house to complete the removal itself. Jason and T were brilliant, really friendly, helpful and just made the whole process feel easy. They worked quickly and efficiently while still taking great care with everything. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother move, would definitely recommend!

Unreal professionalism from this company and the 2 lads that helped us move. Called last minute for a quote I needed the next day. Within minutes they got back to me and booked me in. Slightly on the pricey side compared to other quotes/companies. £99 an hour with a minimum of 2hrs required work. But within this price, they pack everything away for you if not already done, dismantle and assemble any furniture you have back in your desired room in your new home! My move took 1 trip with around 6hrs. Given I was last minute and the amount of heavy lifting needed, for me personally it was worth it. The care taken by the lads and the owner as a whole was really reassuring! Not one thing damaged and all in perfect condition. Couldn’t recommend more. Thanks again
