Merseyway Shopping Centre

Walk through here before going to Underbanks or the Market area. It seems to be improving down there l. There's a really big Starbucks that's worth stopping at.

Me and my wife had a weekend away in Stockport as we were going to the plaza for BBC Manchester extravaganza for children in need . So, we decided to spend a day shopping as well . We first noticed how very festive it looked, with the wonderful decorations hanging from the ceiling and the big festive teddy seat for families to sit and have photos on . It was nice to see some Christmas wooden huts doing sausages & Yorkshire pudding wraps . It was also nice to see them doing their bit for remembers . This shopping centre as some top name shops . the centre is kept clean . however, the same can not be said for the cubicles they were disgusting and a seat missing. outside had some great artwork done out of recycling bottle top & coffee lids and just across the road car hub covers. overall, it's easy to get to bus or Stockport train station

Had a lovely visit to the sen Santa grotto today. Our little man wasn't really playing ball but Mrs Claus, Santa and his helpers were so lovely, patient and kind. It was such a lovely little set up in each area. Thank You so much.

You can probably find anything you need, goods or services, within this gigantic, beautiful architectural masterpiece, with a bus station, the Stockport Interchange, just beside it. The premises are being cleaned up round the clock, with indoor and outdoor sitting for the eateries, great views from the top, and plenty of parking available. Bring your children along: the little ones will fall in love with stationary cute vehicles with real-life sounds. The kind of place to go when you have a lot of shopping to do and you want to eat out somewhere in-between.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to all for the most magical experience for my 21 year old autistic son who still loves Santa sparkle and Nutmeg went out of there way to organise a SEN session in Santa’s Grotto as I said I couldn’t find anywhere to take my son and he had the most magical experience Santa and all the elves made his experience so special and the grotto was amazing. Thank you so much for keeping the magic alive for my son he is still talking about it now

The centre has a good range of shops available but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to sit down indoors if you need a rest or to have a snack without having to go into a coffee shop or something. The owners should add some benches to improve the facilities.

Awesome place to shop and roam around. Coffee shops, bars, old buildings lovely place

Enjoyed our walk around here. Nov 21 they were just getting Christmas Market stalls and attractions put in place. Plenty to see and do carpark was a bit confusing for getting out as most of it was closed off. Overall good.
