I’ve been coming to the London School of Barbering for my haircuts, and today’s visit was another fantastic experience. I was delighted to see that Sam, who cut my hair on my previous visit, was available again. After such a great experience last time, I specifically asked his instructor, Sonny, if Sam could cut my hair again. I’m so glad he did! Sam is an exceptional trainee. He may not be very talkative, but his professionalism speaks for itself. He listens carefully to what I want, checks every detail with me throughout the haircut, and takes his time to make sure everything is done properly. His attention to detail, patience, and genuine care really stand out. The final result was just as excellent as the last time, and I’m extremely happy with my haircut. I’d also like to give special thanks to Sonny. He is incredibly friendly, supportive, and clearly an excellent instructor. You can see how much confidence he gives his students while guiding them throughout the haircut. It’s obvious that Sam’s high standard of work reflects the quality of Sonny’s teaching and mentorship. Thank you, Sam, for another fantastic haircut, and thank you, Sonny, for helping develop such talented future barbers. I highly recommend the London School of Barbering to anyone looking for a quality haircut while supporting the next generation of professional barbers. I’ll definitely be back again!

Best haircut I’ve had in LSB and I've been coming here since just after Covid. My hairdresser was Sophie, she was very good because she listened, executed perfectly, and I walked out feeling great as she was attentive. I would highly recommend her if she was my barber. JJ as the instructor was super helpful too

I recently had my haircut with Nicolas at London School of Barbering, and it was a fantastic experience. Nicolas was highly professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered a sharp, clean haircut with great attention to detail. The environment was welcoming and well-organised, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. I’m extremely satisfied with the result and would highly recommend Nicolas to anyone looking for a quality haircut in London.

I recently attended Sonny’s 2 day skin fade course in Liverpool Street and it was genuinely one of the most valuable learning experiences I’ve had in barbering. The course is very hands-on, which makes a huge difference. Instead of just watching demos, you’re actually cutting for most of the session, with Sonny guiding you step by step. He breaks the skin fade down into a clear, structured system that’s easy to follow and, more importantly, repeat on your own clients. What stood out the most was his attention to detail. He doesn’t let mistakes slide  he’ll correct your technique on the spot and explain exactly what you’re doing wrong and how to fix it. His teaching style is quite direct, but it’s all geared towards getting you to improve quickly, which I really appreciated. The environment also feels like a real working barbershop rather than a classroom, which helps build confidence. By the end of the course, I felt much more comfortable with clipper control, blending, and understanding how to achieve a clean, consistent fade. Overall, I’d highly recommend this course to anyone serious about improving their barbering skills. It’s not a laid-back session you need to be focused and ready to learn but if you put the effort in, you’ll definitely see results. Thank you sonny!

Horrific experience, the student pressed his razor too hard most of the time that i ended up having scratches at the back. There are better (and safer!) options outside so won’t dare to come back again. Not to mention there isn’t a teacher supervising most of the time so good luck :) Update: In response to the owner’s reply, I want to clarify that this was my personal experience on 27th Jan 2025. I’m sharing this to help future customers make informed decisions. I understand that students are still under training and mistakes can happen, especially with razor work, which i totally get that. However the student didn’t notify nor apologised after the incident which is the most frustrating part. He simply pretend nothing happened. I only found out after i went home and my wife noticed that straightaway! I can understand if i have darker color skin then the cuts might not be as visible but i don’t, so the student who handled my haircut can definitely see them. If it’s just a bad haircut i’d understand, but suffering the razor cuts and not proactively informed by the student i’m not sure that’s the right thing to do 😗 I know I only paid £5 but that doesn’t mean i need to suck it up and empathise with the student no matter what.

I’ve been coming to London Barber School for a couple of years now and it’s always a great experience. The place is professional, well-run, and the atmosphere is spot on. This time I was with Tyler, who did an excellent job on my taper fade—exactly what I asked for. Really impressed with the attention to detail. Definitely a place I keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

I had a cut with Luca this morning, one of the trainee stylists, and I was really impressed. He's diligent, quietly professional, and has a fantastic eye for detail — you can tell he takes real care with his work. Efficient without being rushed, and the end result speaks for itself: a great cut. I'd happily recommend him to anyone.

I had an haircut with Charlie, in his first experience. I think was years I didn't had such a beautiful e precise haircut, I've asked for a parting haircut. The result? Super beautiful haircut. Charlie literally removed from me 4-5 years of age! 😄 Thanks very very much to Sunny which is the supervisor during the student barbers training. Thank u guys you are doing really well! Best of luck to Charlie! Take care
