I received really good customer service from Volt from day 1. When my Pulse LS arrived and it had been damaged in transit they were really helpful with solutions to resolve the matter. The bike itself is great. I am already improving my fitness and using as little help from the motor as I can and seeing so much more of the beautiful countryside that I live in. Bike is smooth, comfortable, drives great on the road and not bad on gravel tracks too. It is sturdy and can feel the quality in all aspects. Looking forward to lots more miles over the summer. My husband is so impressed he is going to get one too. Would definitely recommend Volt electric!

From the very beginning, when I was buying the bike, the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and understanding. I arrived a little late, but they still took the time for me and made me feel very welcome, which I really appreciated. And as a bonus, they have delicious coffee too ☕😊
The bike itself is excellent quality and works perfectly. I cycle around 20 miles a day to and from work, and with this level of support the ride feels easy and enjoyable, I honestly couldn’t imagine doing it without this bike.
I had my first service today at the same shop, and once again the experience was great. The team are very friendly, helpful, and patient, answering all my questions (even when I asked the same ones more than once) 😅.

Researched many alternatives before choosing my Volt Pulse and fortuitously took advantage of their 'Winter Warmer' offer - £150 off, plus £200 worth of accessories, (helmet, thermal gloves & cleaning kit).
Because of the recent incessant rain I had to wait nearly three weeks before taking it for a spin, and it was ELECTRIC!
Living in a very hilly Sheffield the difference was apparent straight away, taking a third off the usual travel times and my nearly 70 year old heart was much happier!

Bought a second hand Volt Pulse 2 years ago, sold it for more than I paid, so this proves they hold their value. I stayed with the Volt Brand and bought a new Metro as I wanted a folding bike to take on my holidays in Wales. I've had other bikes but wasn't impressed with them and lost out when I sold them.

Great service from the London Bridge shop and via email when ordering. Smooth delivery to shop and a comprehensive set up. The bike is a dream to ride, very easy on hills and love that it can be no battery too! A little heavy but you get used to the weight and know this is because of the battery pack which I would not want to be without!
I've had my Volt Burlington for 2 months now. I've been riding e bikes for 10 years in total. I'm very impressed with this bike. I mostly use it for travelling to and from work & shopping, but on the odd sunny day we've had, I've done my favourite 18 mile route to give it a run out and enjoy the countryside. Easy to change gear, great light system. Very comfortable. Fabulous wheel lock and chain. Looking forward to summer so I change to a longer route and enjoy the sunshine and peace on this, my favourite bike of all.
I picked this company because it's a UK company that makes the bikes in the UK, unlike others that have a base in the Uk but ships in from China. Everything has been excellent. The customer service is brilliant with very friendly staff, and my bike well, I love it. Its well made, looks great, and is a pleasure to ride. such a great bike I am glad I found Volt and I did my homework on picking a trusted company.
