Netil Market

Netil Market is a hidden gem in East London, perfect for a sunny weekend stroll. It offers a great mix of independent food stalls, vintage fashion, local art, and chilled vibes. The atmosphere is creative and welcoming, with music playing and people relaxing with drinks and street food. From delicious falafel wraps to unique handmade items, there’s always something new to try. It's not overly crowded like bigger markets, which makes it feel more personal and enjoyable. A great spot to support small businesses and discover cool finds.

This spot reminds me of Portland Oregon, where food truck meetups are super common. The people who run these little shops are really friendly and helpful, and there’s a lot of different seating formats. The Bar makes delicious (and strong) drinks and the guy is really cool. The Noodle place is tasty and so is the pizza shop.

Cute little market with a few food stalls and craft stores by local artists. I think it’s worth to check it out if you’re heading to broadway market, otherwise it’s not exactly worth the trip down just for it because it’s really small. There are nice things there but it’s not exactly the most unique, interesting, in my subjective experience, and it’s quite a (slightly ridiculous) premium price on these goods when compared to locally handmade goods and crafts in other markets.

On leaving Mare Street Market, I was directed to Netil Market around the corner. A street food market. A collection of semi-permament food stalls, including one serving specialty coffee. Hidden, off the beaten track. I did not eat, as I had already eaten.

It's probably more lively on the weekends ... but when I went most of the shops were closed and the ones who were open, their food was meh

Love this cute little market. Can offer a quieter retreat from Borough market. Great food, especially Jupiter Burger & the ice cream shop

Blinding little food market with good vibes , we tried Paulie's Pizza , so good we went back twice for more slices . The cheesecake ice cream was on point too . Decent roots reggae sounds coming from the Netil radio cabin too .

Walking around I encountered myself with this small, cozy but with charm street food market. Mini stalls with a variety selection of food: pizza slices, bagels, coffee, noodles, pasta, rice bowls, wine and even art crafts. I went for a bagels and a lemonade from the Bagel Guys by Paulie but have a pint of LowRise lager first on Sen Noodles so in all it was a success. Definitely will try the beer road by it in my next visit.
