The Kidsplay (Formerly Kidzplay Leeds)

Visited yesterday and had such a lovely experience! The place was clean, fun and well organised. Natalie was absolutely lovely she was even having a dance off with my son which was so fun to see and it really made his day! You can tell the staff genuinely care about the children having the best time. We’ll definitely be back

We booked my son’s 4th birthday party here, it was really good! We chose a Bluey theme which included party bags & Bluey masks, all the children loved it. It took the pressure off trying to sort everything out ourselves as all we had to do was show up and take the cake and candles. We had an amazing time.

Lovely few hours spent with my two year old here. Equipment is cared for, clean and plenty of choice. During the quieter hours the smaller children can freely play on the older equipment with an adult. Staff are LOVELY and attentive and gently correct older children from playing in the younger areas when there are smaller children around. They were so helpful with my sons allergy and went out of there way to find appropriate snacks. The other families here were also very friendly and watched their children well. Will definitely come again worth every penny.

Had a wonderful time with a group of school children - they enjoyed it so much! Huge thanks to Natalie, Georgia and Angela who were very welcoming and accommodating. They were committed to making sure the children had the best time. Thank you for making our visit so wonderful, we are very grateful! Great tasty hot drinks too from the cafe!

Took my daughter here after school. We have been here before. There has been so many positive changes and we absolutely love it. Safe, comfortable and will defiantly be coming back.

I just wanted to say how amazing the staff in the The Kids Play were, especially Kayleigh. From our very first interaction, Kayleigh was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. She went above and beyond throughout our visit to make sure both the children and parents felt comfortable and happy. Kayleigh was extremely supportive, patient, and attentive with the children, interacting with them so naturally and making the whole atmosphere fun and enjoyable. Her positive attitude, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out and made our experience even more special. It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service and dedication, and Kayleigh is a real credit to the team. Thank you for making our visit such a lovely experience — we will definitely be visiting again!

My sons first time at a soft play centre and I think we chose the right one. He had a great first experience the tables were spread out enough and the age sections of areas We’re clear and far apart. I think there needs to be some guidance on telling parents that there’s an age difference for a reason as my son went on the play caravan by the babies area and he was waving at the big kids and they were pushing him and the ball the brought with them had landed on him. But overall we will be returning :))))

We regularly come here with our children aged 7 and 5 years. It's spacious, very secure and the staff are always lovely and accomodating. The fantastic Natalie looked after us today, very friendly and helpful and full of great info to assist with any SEN needs that need accomodating. Lots of variety here, more than some other soft plays, what with the granny shed, wooden den teepees, the wooden camper van and other activities...the kids absolutely love it. Will definitely come again! 👍
