Visited today to see Dr Ehsan Esfahani for a hygienist appointment. I was struck by this doctor's kind manner, his professional knowledge and his attention to detail. I would say he is excellence personified with the most eloquent bedside etiquette and a credit to the clinic. Dr Ehsan put my mind at ease and checked in regularly to see how I was doing throughout the appointment and gave me lots of useful info about gum health afterwards. The fee was very reasonable and quite frankly I would have expected to pay double for the level of service I received. So glad I found this clinic and many thanks to this extraordinary doctor.

I am absolutely happy with this clinic! Truly top top! Highly recommend. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I saw Ismael Fadhil for guided biofilm therapy. I arrived highly anxious because I have a huge fear of physical pain during treatment, but he was so good at putting me completely at ease. He is truly wonderful, kind, and knowledgeable. He is very good at his job, and it completely changed my whole experience with dentists. I love the way my teeth feel now! I live in South East London and travelled all this way because of all the great reviews and because I did my research about the clinic. It was worth every mile. I don't have enough words to rave about how good this experience was!

I booked in for a hygienist appointment, my first at this clinic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Dr. Ismail Fadhil. He made me feel completely comfortable right away, which is so important to me. He even upgraded my treatment to airflow, which was a fantastic bonus! What really stood out was how clearly and patiently he explained every step of the process. He made sure I understood what he was doing and why, and gave me really helpful advice on how to improve my brushing and overall oral care routine. He also provided me with some brush samples, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can genuinely tell how passionate he is about his work and how much he truly cares about his patients. It made all the difference. The results were amazing—my teeth felt incredibly clean, the whole procedure was completely pain-free, and I left with so much useful knowledge to maintain my oral health. Wonderful dental surgery and I am so glad to have found it. I attended at the weekend for an emergency root canal. Dr Ali was amazing. I can't talk too soon as its not quite been 24 hours but I am at present pain free! I have yet to finish my treatment but I think i am in capable hands. The receptionist from Belgium, sorry I don't know her name, is so lovely too. Friendly and reassuring she helped me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental surgery.

From the moment I walked through the door I knew I was in good hands. The atmosphere throughout the clinic is very friendly and welcoming, but efficient and professional too. I visited as an emergency patient after chipping a tooth in an accident - my own dentist was closed - and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. The price was very fair too. I would very highly recommend this practice.

I had a very poor experience with Sonum Patel. She was extremely rude, and the consultation was unprofessional and dismissive throughout. The overall approach lacked basic respect as she is extremely rude and stressed out. The treatment plan presented was excessive and seemed designed around repeated visits rather than actually resolving the problem. It was clearly financially motivated rather than focused on patient care. I decided to seek a second opinion elsewhere, and my gingivitis has since been fully resolved without any of the ongoing and invasive procedures that she suggested. I should’ve read the negative reviews before booking with her. ____ P.S.: In regard to your response, daily care is not short-term or purely symptomatic. With gum disease, it’s an ongoing reality—after every meal, we need to clean our teeth straight away or use mouthwash. A six-month invasive and painful treatment, on the other hand, is short-term, as it doesn’t address this daily issue. However, as discussed on the phone, the reason I chose not to proceed with Sonum Patel’s treatment plan was the way I was treated. Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t go ahead with a painful and invasive treatment that could have led to further gum loss, especially since I’m now free from gum disease through a simple daily care routine straight after every meal.
