The car was beautifully presented and had a really good valet before collection. As we travelled an hour to get there, they also kindly gave us £20 for fuel, which was a very thoughtful touch and much appreciated.

I picked up my beautiful Volvo V40 this morning after having seen in last week when it had just come in. The whole process, expertly handled by Dylan Grey was utterly faultless, Dylan deserves an MBE for his services to this car dealership, down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all, I came away with an amazing deal and an amazing car which had been fully serviced, MOT’d, taxed and the best quality valet I’ve seen. Just bought a car from Dace and the service from start to finish, from John, was excellent. A couple of the alloy wheels had quite bad scuffing, but John arranged to have them refurbished and now they look like new. Not only that but as I wad about to drive away, I was told they'd put nearly half a tank of petrol in the car as well!! Can't say enough about the quality of the car and the service received.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, the showroom was immaculate and the standard of the cars was excellent. They’re even dog friendly! Lewis Worthington was fantastic, guided me through the whole process seamlessly and was the furthest thing from a pushy salesman. I’m not the sort of person who can make a decision on the spot, so it was amazing to have a salesman who was happy for me to take all of the time I needed whilst feeling no pressure.

I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Lewis Worthington, where no one else could get me into a finance, Lewis did everything in his power to get me one. I also had a last minute change of financial situation at one point and my reservation fee was sent back the same day, a few weeks later and another major change in my finance situation and they greeted me with open arms. Lewis was open and honest about how a HP finance could work for me. It was as simple as picking a car, finding a day that worked best for all involved to go and see and picking it up, no none stop calls, emails or texts, and a massive bonus for me I gave them a time that worked best for me to call and they stuck to it. Called when they said they would and sent some lovely pictures and videos of the car.
I couldn’t recommend Dace motors more, I’ll definitely be back in the future and my partner also can’t wait for his current finance to be up so he can get himself down for a nice new car. They have so much variety, all the cars are well looked after and clean.
