I had a really great experience with this print shop. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient, and the print quality turned out excellent. I actually arrived quite close to their closing time with a pretty urgent request, and despite that, they didn’t rush me at all. They were super professional and made sure everything was done properly before they finished for the day. I really appreciated their dedication and willingness to help even when it was late. I had a really great experience at this stationery shop. I urgently needed to scan an important document and send it, but I only had my credit card and couldn’t pay the £1 fee. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding—they allowed me to scan the document without charging me, which truly helped me in a stressful moment. It might seem like a small gesture, but it made a big difference for me. Excellent customer service, and very supportive. I highly recommend this place!

So impressed by all aspects of this service - I communicated a tshirt design request one evening, and it was ready for pick up the same day. It looked exactly how I wanted, they were so thorough at communicating (asked for my confirmation before printing, tweaked it exactly how I needed it to look), and super easy and straightforward pick-up process. Rude and dismissive customer service. I contacted them with some simple questions about prices as I was looking for a new regular printer for our business. I needed to understand their pricing ahead of placing any orders, so I could budget for all the work coming up. They responded very dismissively - one sentence, simply refusing to give me any info about pricing unless I sent artwork for an order. I explained the situation and asked again, and got an even shorter, more dismissive reply. One blunt sentence each time. I used to work for a printing company, so I know that specific details in the artwork itself don’t really affect the price, if all the technical specs are known, which they were. But even if that wasn’t the case, they could at least have engaged with me in some minimal way and given me some rough ballpark prices, or even just explained politely why they couldn’t give me any pricing info. But no - just one blunt sentence each time, simply refusing. It’s like they didn’t want my business, so obviously they didnt get it. They lost out on regular work for, at minimum, months to come, by simply refusing to engage with an interested customer.
