GoVets - Manchester

I took my pups at 8 weeks old to GoVets for their first vaccinations and microchips and had a great experience. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and Luke (the owner) came to check how the pups were getting on while we were waiting, which was a lovely personal touch. The practice is modern and really nice aesthetically too. Overall, we felt completely at ease and would definitely recommend.

Our dog was suddenly struck by an illness on holiday. We didn't have a vets up in Manchester, so panic ensued. Luckily, after calling around, we found GoVets; within a day, we were seen and correctly diagnosed. They were so friendly and kind. We did have to wait around a bit, but it was an emergency appointment, and the waiting room was calm and quiet. They kept us informed as we were very much squeezed in, which we extremely appreciate. They took care of payment and insurance quickly and efficiently. We really appreciate them looking after our little one with so much love, even though he (and we) were scared; they really helped settle our nerves. Only gripe would be we brought some bone-health treats for them which were at £60, 2 pound a treat (for only 30 pinky-sized treats!) Online it was double the amount and a third of the price. Obviously not their fault, but it was a bit of a shock when we got to the till as we weren't told about the price when we inquired about supplements, and weren't really thinking straight 😅

Really happy with the care my dogs Tango and Orion receive here. Their healthcare plan is excellent and makes it easy to keep on top of routine treatments, vaccines and check-ups. Orion recently had dental surgery and the team were fantastic throughout, everything was clearly explained and he was very well looked after. The staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the animals. Highly recommend!

I can’t thank this veterinary practice enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive not just to Mia my dog, but to me as well. What really stood out was how gentle and reassuring they were with Mia. You can tell they truly love animals. It’s such a relief to know there’s a place I can trust when it comes to my pet’s health. Daisy has been loved and looked after by the team here. They are professional and supportive and she is always keen to see her favourite Juan. They are informative and friendly. Thanks to their care she is back eating well, being playful and enjoying herself!

This vets is absolutely amazing everyone who works here is so lovely helpful and kind , we have had a totally different experience joining here , we've recently had our dane marvin fixed they got him in quickly kept us up to date. We received comforting messages reminding us if we needed any support to call ,hes been back twice for follow up appointments ,he loves walking in to see the receptionist staff he knows hes getting lots of kisses, everyone makes a fuss over him , honestly best vets we have ever used 100% recommend, your pet is in the best hands here cant thank them enough Outstanding care knowledge Thankyou so much Sam & the danes xx

We didn’t know where else to turn on a Saturday, but go vets were available! My lovely young kitten Waverly had some hematuria and we needed her checked urgently. They did so quickly and also did a thorough urine analysis. We are relieved that they were here. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

We’ve been coming here for around 4 years and I have nothing but good things to say about GoVets. Alfie was a regular for a bit, due to a couple of illnesses and a couple of accidents, but he was always looked after very well. He’s been put under a few times too and was terrified at the time, but the next visit he was still pulling me to go Inside the clinic, clearly showing that he feels comfortable. All the staff are really friendly and you can tell they absolutely love animals and do everything in their power to help. Couldn’t recommend a better vets for your puppers :)
