What a wonderful experience. The staff was attentive in greeting me, guiding me through their product range, and recommending shoes after my scans. Mark and Elena were fantastic! This was my first time shopping at Vivobarefoot, and I will definitely return!

Just came back from my first visit to this store near Tottenham court station. I was served by a pleasant young lady who provided me with all the information I needed, brought me some shoes to try on as well as helped me measure my feet using an advanced tool. She also supported me to check my feet pressure distribution and kindly took a picture for my future reference. I told her from the very beginning I am just exploring today and that didn’t cause any drop of the quality of customer service. I forgot to ask for her name, if she sees this, I would really appreciate it if she comments with her name. I left the shop with certainty and trust in the brand as I genuinely loved the shoes and I intend to buy them very soon. Thank you
Went today to explore the shoes from store. As soon we arrived all staff are very helpful and friendly. Also all staff are very nice trained and knowledgeable. The way they are handling a customer’s and demonstrate was very nice felt in love straight away with the product. I am trying first time this brand recommend by one of the friend.
Faulty shoes, terrible customer service, and manipulated reviews on their website. I am writing this comment as a word of caution in case your Vivobarefoot shoes are faulty. For context, I’d been wearing Vivo shoes for several years and used to be a satisfied customer, but the customer service has become appalling and I won’t be buying from them again. I bought a pair of trainers (Primus Trail III All Weather FG Men’s shoes) in August 2025. The shoes began to come apart in less than two months with the glue coming undone on both sides and showing large holes. This was particularly disappointing given that these shoes are specifically advertised as « durable » and « water-resistant ». I wrote to the customer service (refund request #1276084) to request a refund under their warranty. The last email I received from them was in November. I have followed up almost weekly since, but I am not getting any response. I left an honest review of the shoes and my experience on their website. In response, I received a generic automated email instructing me to contact their customer services—despite the fact that I had already made dozens of attempts to do so. More shockingly, my review doesn’t appear on their website, which suggests that Vivobarefoot deliberately deletes negative customer feedback from its website. This is extremely disappointing. I will be updating this comment if I do eventually receive a long-overdue refund from Vivobarefoot (refund request #1276084 and order #UK008649927). —- UPDATE (31 January 2026): The customer service reached out to me on the very day I left reviews on GoogleMaps and TrustPilot. They have now issued the refund.
this people are absurd. they pretend to be all nice and recycle things and I truster their brand for years and even admire them. I send my old lovely shoes back to get discount code and so they could be restored and reused! but guess what they never came back to me. with the discount or nothing else. I tried to reach them through all possible means but they have just too much money to guarantee a decent customer support? through whats app, email, contact agent online which I never managed because their service sucks bad. They re just another greenwash company that pretend to be good and they care only about them selves! be aware of these snakes!! no what do I say snakes and animals are much nicer!! they dont fake!!
I was sent the incorrect shoes, but placed in the correct box, so I attempted to contact customer service. However, I had an AI response, ignoring everything I said, sending me nothing but a return form that I did not request, I contacted them through Instagram and got fully automated responses, even when I requested a human. I got sent a form that got me nowhere and I ended up going around in a full circle at least twice. The AI system claimed to be human repeatedly, and even if it was a human their responses were robotic, copy and paste answers, and abrupt. I will not be ordering from vivo or revivo again, and I leave a warning to others to avoid the cheap, robotic, customer service for expensive items. I am absolutely appalled and infuriated by the shocking, non existent “customer service” I have had to endure to get absolutely no where.
Best advertisement for the shoes is how happy and amazingly friendly the staff are. Truly the best retail experience I have had in so long. They are so patient and helpful. One lady brought out like 10 pairs of shoes for me and I didn’t even detect the slightest annoyance (if I was her, I would have been annoyed!). Can’t recommend buying these shoes instore more. By the way, the shoes are also incredible. Entire 10/10 experience.
I had an amazing experience at Vivobarefoot, all thanks to Kasia. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, helping me try on several different styles until we found the absolute perfect pair for me. The shoes themselves are a total game-changer, but having someone so brilliant and helpful guide me through the process made all the difference. Fantastic product and top-tier customer service from Kasia!
