Had a bespoke lab-grown oval trilogy ring with half-moon side stones made by Michael. From the initial consultation through to the CAD design and final piece, the whole process was straightforward and Michael was patient with all my questions and tweaks along the way. The finished ring is absolutely stunning - exactly what we had in mind. I proposed last weekend and she said yes, so I'd say that's a result all round. Highly recommend if you're looking for a bespoke engagement ring. Will definitely be back for wedding bands.

From the first point of contact, Michael was friendly, responsive, and his advice was extremely helpful. I wanted an engagement ring for my girlfriend and have been looking for quite some time. She wanted a very specific design and colour, so this made my search more difficult. I finally found what I was looking for online from The Diamond Ring company. I live in Wales but the jeweller was based in London, so I contacted the store and spoke to Alex. Alex was really helpful and reassuring. He kept me updated on very step of making the ring and even offered some post-sale service. My now fiancé loves the ring and we'll be going back to get wedding bands. Highly recommended jewellers.

Fantastic service and fantastic product. Michael and team couldn't have been more helpful. The ring itself exceeded my expectations and my wife was thrilled with her new diamond engagement ring. I purchased this as her previous engagement ring from many years ago had seen better days. I'll be very soon bothering Michael to help me with the wedding band replacement as well.
