Flagship store in London & dive into well chosen fabric, atelier design with novelty mind. I love the display, accessories & clothes, even make-up, shoes here. Unique, characteristic for someone (needs a little bit tall is a plus point) want something special 👍

Decent quality clothing, a bit pricey, but the atmosphere is nice. They practice active inclusion, allowing staff to choose the way they wish to be addressed (he/she/they). However, they can be absurd about some rules. They do not have seating on ground floor, the lift is put of order, so a man with a baby carriage would be required to stand while wife shops and is not allowed to sit anywhere. However, place is clean and spacious. Yet, I will not come again because of the rather impolite approach and indifference towards seating spaces for visitors.

They won’t accept returns in store for sale items. They can’t even do you a credit note. So expect to pay for returns…

Simply horrible. I’ve never walked into a store feel so humiliated. For some reasons the security beeped when I stepped in the door and I shrugged to the security guy. It happens. I spend five minutes max in the store, nothing but a quick browse and when I stepped out the security gate beeps again. The security guy asked to thoroughly search all my bags, which he is not legally allowed to do. I showed him cause I have nothing to hide. But why a customer needs to be harassed and humiliated, because &other stories installed flawed security system? I will never visit this store again and I suggest you not to do either.

While waiting for my GF to go to dance we went to shop at & Other Stories, and it was such a pleasant experience. From the moment I entered, I was immediately impressed by the chic and sophisticated store design. The selection of clothing was elegant and well-crafted, offering everything from tailored blazers and dresses to stylish tops and cozy knitwear. The staff were super helpful too and they asked us if we needed anything

No customer service. I queued at the front of the till for at least 5 minutes while the staff did their very best to completely ignore every customer. A man was doing a refund and 5 members of staff walked past the queue having been behind the tills without acknowledging any of us. I eventually was served by a member of staff who was unhelpful - I was trying to join the mailing list and it wasn’t working properly- this would have given me 10% off she dismissed it and completed the transaction. Very poor service

One of the WORSE shopping experiences. Staff at fitting rooms are rude and unprofessional. Idling and chatting instead of helping customers. Asked customers to put clothes back on the hangers after trying on, which is ridiculous. Staff were so proud to say that’s the store policy, if so, then there’s discrepancy - I’ve never been asked to do self-service in other stores of &other stories. Either they are not getting sufficient trainings or just being lazy and low-EQ. I understand no tips for them, but it doesn’t mean staff can ask customers to do the job that they are supposed to do. Be aware, and inform and train your staff, we customers shop here - what we paid is not only for the clothes, also for the services, environment, everything in your store. Even your electricity bills are paid by us! So DO YOUR JOB! Check the comments, your store is being tagged as a racism’s store. Your reputation is getting ruined. At least me and my friends, we will never shop at your store anymore. Other than all of those, you should really consider from a business perspective. Are you still gonna hire someone who’s idling at work hours, not qualified, and ruining your brand reputation every day? Consider a more cost-efficient way to run your business. You don’t need that many people to chitchat during work time, showing how unprofessional they are and getting paid for doing nothing.

Today, the girls in the fitting room were disrespectful towards customers. I asked one of them if she wouldn't mind bringing me a smaller-sized jumper because I was interested in it. Not only did she look at me in shock for asking for help, but she also handed me the smaller size jumper in a very impolite manner, practically throwing it at me, despite my thanking her for it. She didn't even offer a fake professional smile. This caused me distress. The worker with blonde hair and a ponytail was not wearing a badge, so very sadly I don’t know her name. Since I wasn't pleased with their manners, I brought both jumpers without the hangers to the entrance of the fitting room. Still, another employee told me that next time, I should make sure to bring the clothes already on hangers and neatly arranged. Seriously? The girls in there were chatting about life showing very little interest. This type of childish and unprofessional attitude towards customers is what keeps, someone who has always loved this store, from returning. Instead, I left the items I intended to buy there. I'm not willing to pay one pound more for such bad service. P.S. I'm also avoiding mentioning in detail the incident downstairs where The Ordinary oils and serums were missing prices. Despite asking three times, no one was able to find out the price, and the girl seemed a bit restless and stressed when asked. I was happy to buy a bigger bottle instead but regardless this shouldn’t happen. Today, this store was a complete disappointment in every possible way so management is aware of my complaint.
