I found this place 8 years ago when I was looking for an outfit for my daughter’s wedding. Yesterday I came back for an outfit for my son’s wedding. The service is impeccable, warm helpful staff. They are professional and nice to bump into Nigel (owner)again. Love the idea only you won’t see these fabulous outfits on the high street. Thank you once again and I’ll be back again. The photos don’t do the outfit justice. Hat is just to finish off the outfit however wrong colour on here but I will be receiving matching one next week. They even post to you to save you going back. Alterations can be done there also and easy to book on their website. Make sure you book an appointment you’ll not be disappointed

Ordered a beautiful Invitation by Veni dress which arrived as expected and packaged well. Communication was excellent. The dress however, was a little different than the advertisement, it seemed darker in colour than the photo and it was actually shown on a 7ft model im sure as the dress touched the floor on me and I’m 5’6” It needs tweaking in places to make it fit perfect but overall very beautiful Once tweaked it looked gorgeous!

Such a lovely shopping experience! I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived. A great selection of dresses and a wealth of experience in helping you choose the perfect dress. I needed a bit of advice from the tailor who Nigel called and he was over within my minutes. I found the perfect dress and left with a lovely hug from Nigel. Wow. What an experience. I never in a million years expected a whole rail of dresses to fit me. Nigel was amazing. Thoughtful, respectful and knowledgeable about the dresses that would suit my requirements, overseas destination, my size & my body shape. I was sold on the second dress, especially when shoes & hats were available to complete the look. I will forever be grateful for how well you looked after both myself & my daughter(bride to be).

I recently purchased a beautiful dress from the Nigel Rayment store in London, it needed some alterations which is where I had the pleasure of meeting Mo. From the moment I walked into his studio I immediately knew I was in good hands! He was professional, extremely skilled and patient. I also had a jumpsuit I purchased on the high street to alter which turned out being more challenging than my actual dress! When we realised the amount of work required, Mo was transparent about the complexity because of the construct of the garment and walked me through each of the alterations clearly. Not only was I astounded as to how quickly he was able to alter both garments, when my daughter and I returned for my fitting we couldn't believe it. Both fit me so perfectly and the attention to detail was incredible. The jumpsuit has embellishment and Mo had lined up the pattern even better than the original placement. Thank you Mo, Nigel and Kryssy I was genuinely overcome with emotion because you've managed to make me feel like a million dollars and Mo you have restored my faith in tailors with those magic hands and I know my daughter is already planning to return to alter her dress! A truly wonderful experience from start to finish.

Outstanding international service for a Mother of the Groom! I found a specific Rosa Clará dress online at this lovely London boutique. After reaching out, Nigel and Kryssy went completely above and beyond. They took my measurements, had their tailor physically measure the dress, and even sent photos and videos so I could see every detail clearly before it was shipped to the United States. I cannot recommend Nigel and Chrissy enough—they are incredibly kind, helpful, and wonderful people. The dress arrived in the United States in absolutely perfect condition. Shopping from across the ocean can be stressful, but they made it a flawless and magical experience!
