What an amazing experience at the Lush Spa Oxford Street. Mils was the absolute best. They walked me through my treatments and took the time to listen attentively to what I wanted to target with my facial. The whole experience was very soothing and relaxing. Nothing felt rushed at all. The me day that you deserve is what this was. Started with a small bowl of fruit and a glass of lemon-mint infused water and ended up a lovely glass of fruity carbonated water/orange juice beverage. I will definitely return when next I’m in London. Eternally gratefully for your skilled hands, Mils! Thank you for making this California girl feel relaxed and pampered!

I had the comforter and fresh facial combination at the Lush Spa Oxford St. As always the store experience was great, friendly staff, welcoming and great displays. The Spa floor is lower level - you get to see the spa products while you’re waiting and I was met by Hema for my treatments. Hema was very warm and welcoming. She provided full information on the treatments and products, before we started. When you walk into the Spa it has a beautiful calming feel and look in the treatment room - with soothing music and lights. Hema - made me feel extremely comfortable with clear and calm details on how to prepare and what would be the course of the full body chocolate scrub massage (Comforter) transitioning to the facial. I was totally immersed in the Comforter that I may have been so relaxed, I was going to fall asleep! Hema’s massage techniques were unbelievable and she paid attention to detail and took her time with the whole body (not a rush job at all). The facial was detailed and explained. Hema was kind enough to listen and talk to me about myself and my past week very carefully during this too. My face feels soft, looks glowy and smells lovely (hours later) It ended with a lovely rose water, lime sparking water drink (amazing!) and some well needed advice! Feeling as light as a feather and relaxed from top to toe! Tremendous customer experience. Extremely appreciated Hema! Until next time 🙋🏻‍♀️😁🥂⭐️

Such a special experience! I booked The Spell and it was sooo relaxing. I’m usually a massage girly but loved the originality of a reflexology + head massage combo. The music, fragrances and heated bed made it such an all round pampering experience. 100% recommend. Thanks to my therapist Heema who was so warm and friendly

I travelled all the way from rural Ireland to London specifically to visit Lush, and this store did not disappoint. It was incredibly well organised and beautifully laid out, making it such a lovely place to shop. What really made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff, especially Jesse / Jessy. From the moment I mentioned that I had travelled from Ireland just to visit the Lush shops, Jesse went completely above and beyond to make my visit special. She spent so much time with me, walking around the entire store, helping me smell and try different products, and giving really helpful advice on how to use them. Jesse helped me curate a huge haul and made the whole experience fun, personal, and memorable. Her kindness, patience, and enthusiasm truly stood out and made my visit to this store one of the highlights of my trip. I’m absolutely delighted with everything I bought and will definitely be recommending Lush and especially this store to my friends back home in Ireland. A huge thank you to Jesse for making the experience so wonderful!

I had the most amazing experience today at the Oxford Street Lush Spa! I booked the Fresh Facial at 5pm, and it was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Everyone at the spa was so welcoming and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Trudy, who helped me on the shop floor, was fantastic—she took the time to explain her skincare routine in detail after I complimented her beautiful skin, and she even gave me the most relaxing hand and arm massage. She genuinely made the whole experience feel so personal and friendly. A big thank you as well to Martin, the manager, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful in store experience! I can’t wait to come back! ✨🤍

I recently tried the Synesthesia Massage and it was such a unique and wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, Kawtha at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and informative. She took the time to make sure I felt completely comfortable and answered all my questions with care. Shamma, my therapist, was fantastic. She explained the entire service clearly and made me feel at ease right away. The massage itself was deeply relaxing, but what really stood out was how delightful Shamma was to talk with — we even shared a good laugh during the session, which made it feel so personal and fun.
