I highly recommend this place! This is the first place we went to check what offer we can get for selling my gold jewellery and the place we came back to sell in the end. We got a very good price but went to double check elsewhere as they recommend to do. After having unpleasant experiences with other gold buyers who offered us much less money and also lied about my jewellery that is less carats and tried to scam us , I gladly came back to Gold Centre and sold it there. The gentleman who helped us was very very kind and pleasant , super friendly and made the whole experience feel enjoyable so I wasn't sad for selling my wedding rings and jewellery to them. It was very nice experience, all staff were nice and welcoming and transaction was genuine and professional. Don't go to other places , this is the best one on the street! A big shout out to the nice gentleman who did the transaction for me and tested my gold, unfortunately I didn't get the name but he is really excellent with good manners and pleasant to deal with. I want to add that they have all professional equipment to test the jewellery fast and give a quote on the spot, which was higher then other places.He tested them and weighted in front of me.Other places they were just guessing , or going to test them at the back , suggested to scratch the gold to check carats properly or said they charge for testing and if I decide not to sell I have to pay for the evaluation. This is the best place to go to.

I had some jewellery that had been kept in a jewellery box, unworn, for over thirty years. I contacted the team who were able to provide an immediate indication of its value. Which was impressively competitive. I arranged to send it to them that day. By the following morning, they had validated its value (exactly as they’d quoted the previous day) and immediately transferred the funds to my bank account. I found LGC to be first class. I knew roughly what my gold was worth and they offered a fair price for it the same day as receiving it. In addition to this, unbeknown to me I had left a gold sovereign in the box under the padding that I hadn't seen for years.They phoned me up to inform me of this and asked if I wanted to sell this or them return it to me. Such an amazing experience! I had a gold bracelet I wanted to sell. After some searching around, I settled on the London Gold Centre. Using the website is so easy and liked that you get a quote straight away. I specifically wanted to use them, because they had various testing methods and the latest technology. I also looked through other reviews, which were glowing. And I can now see why. I sent my bracelet off next day 1pm delivery, the next day they received it, and straight away, tested it and called me to confirm what I would receive. They were very polite, professional and straightforward on the call, very good customer service, I felt valued. They confirmed what I would receive, which was around the quoted amount, and the transaction was that easy. I know I’ve received good value, because I’ve sold some gold items in the past elsewhere and in comparison, London Gold Centre offered a realistic and reasonable amount. I would not go anywhere else from now on with my gold and silver, and will be recommending them.

Really quick and simple. I had the time so decided to sell my jewellery in store, there was a small queue being a Saturday but only took about 15-20 mins. Once I went up the process was really simple, they just weighed the items and used their scanner gadget to check the quality and then gave a price :) I decided to get paid via bank transfer as didn't fancy walking around with the cash. The payment came through pretty much exactly 48 hours later. Also want to note the the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this shop if you're considering it 👌

Offered price much higher for pre owned coin than other shops. I understand price can fluctuate in tens of pounds but not in hundreds ! Shameless scam attempt Upd. What a bunch of liars. You offered me to purchase 1 OZ Britannia coin for 3395 ( not a brand new ) same coin brand new was 3154 at shop opposite the road. Your business will bust sooner or later. Karma exists
