Well, there are some positives but mostly a bad experience. On the positive side, the Turkish coffee was decent, and the same goes for the raspberry cheesecake. The atmosphere was good too. Other than that, the service was seemingly uncaring, and they also almost forgot to bring one of the items that we ordered (something like a mince pie). The good thing was that they noticed on their own and brought it much later. Despite that, it wasn't fresh, and it was noticeably too hot and dry due to being thrown into the microwave. The most outrageous detail is that the prices on the menu do not include VAT. As a result, the only way to know for a customer is if you read google reviews or when you pay, which leaves a bad taste when you eventually pay way way more than you think. On top of that, there is a service charge for that horrible experience with minimal real service. All that makes it way too expensive for what you get. I would not advise someone to go there. There are probably many more and better places to visit if you want something similar but better.

I stepped outside to have a cigarette and informed one of the staff members that I would be smoking outside. It felt as if they assumed I was going to leave without paying. Immediately, the waitress who had been serving us came over carrying the card machine and told me that I needed to pay. This is a place I have visited regularly, but after this experience, I will never come back again.

I absolutely loved my visit to Kahve Dunyasi in Piccadilly Circus! The chocolate biscuit shortbread cake was an absolute dream – so rich and delicious, and a must-try. Paired with a traditional Turkish coffee, it was the perfect treat. The ambience is lovely, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy some authentic Turkish delights. They also have a fantastic selection of chocolates and other pastries. Highly recommend for a cozy coffee break or a sweet indulgence! Heads up! If you're on the hunt for some delightful Turkish tea, you might want to keep looking—this place doesn’t serve it.

Unfortunately I hadn't had time to have anything as I was in rush just to get a bag of the coffee instead of sitting in. However it's worth trying their collection of coffee, sweet, chocolate and sandwiches

I have never been here before but the Turkish coffee while not cheap really does the job, I am wide awake and I got a double. It was thick as mud and super strong as expected. I asked for some milk on the side and got it as well. They were very nice ends up normal coffee comes with a chocolate spoon and this Turkish coffee doesn't and I managed to get one as a one off. Extra points for excellence in customer service. The lady was very nice and explained what the Turkish baked roll with meat was and I had that very delicious, tasty and not dry. I really enjoyed my coffee and baked goods. My friend enjoyed the coffee so much he got a second one. Really nice, professional, polite and helpful staff. I recommend them. This is the place we always go, but THIS TIME WE WERE NOT SATISFIED AND WE WILL NEVER GO AGAIN. We always buy their chocolates and freshly ground coffee (we don't buy less than 500 grams). Today we went and bought one of the chocolates in the front. A new employee who has been working for 6 weeks came after us (could also be the manager) and said you have to pay for the chocolates. 2.74 grams of total chocolate makes 0.81 pence. We said okay, we will pay. I also added that every time we come, other employees offer us one each, and we say we'll pay whatever it takes. It comes with coffee anyway, we didn't eat it, we left it behind and paid 0.81 pence. We will pay, no problem, that money will not diminish us, but it made you lose customers because your employee spoke very wrongly in terms of tone. The coffee world is a business that always serves chocolates as well as coffee and at the cash register. We are Turks and we come with our friends to make you more popular in London, we also buy coffee only from you... But this was very wrong and we will not come again. It was added to the bill, we paid it, no problem, we would have paid it even if it wasn't added, we also left the chocolate they brought as a treat back in front of their eyes. We didn't eat it. We came to drink coffee and relax, but we left the place feeling bored. What a shame….. we are so sorry that you have employees who will do small calculations.
