An excellent venue for gigs., we enjoyed the Ukrainians here. A perfect size space with good views of the stage for all. Friendly service and reasonably priced bar. Nice separate bar area in the other room too, with others tucking into some attractive looking pie and mash.

Great venue, friendly staff, good sound. Saw Angine de Poitrine's first UK gig there, amazing experience. It gets quite hot and there's not much room to dance. Still 5/5.

A truly fantastic pub. Pool for 50p a pop, dartboard free to use. Pints are fairly priced. Has a lovely outdoor area with a big screen that shows the big sports games and plenty more screens inside too. Also a wonderful venue for gigs, has 2 rooms and 2 sets of toilets too. One of my favourite places to go for a gig, lovely relaxed atmosphere. Food is also offered which is very tasty, mainly pies. This has gone up massively in the 9 years odd I've been using it but that's to be expected with the state of the economy. Only slight issue, that is a rare occurrence is that the security - I assume contracted for gigs, can be absolute arseholes who can be way too physical. I've only seen this from a 3rd party view. Still not enough to knock off a star as everything else to do with the establishment is perfect. But is a shame, maybe they could be further vetted but that is the contractor's employees job.

One of Leeds' older venues, with two music rooms. The original venue is one of the best for seeing live acts, thought he new venue is maybe 50% larger so caters for bigger names. Neither room gets beyond 300 people mind. Cheap drinks too. Also a social bar away from the music and several pool tables.

I first came here for a concert back in April 2025, and I’ve been here a few times since. Even I’ve stood at the back to watch and see the musicians performing, I can see everything clearly and I still feel so close and intimate with them. I once had the mushroom pie with mash and a coke drink and it was delicious too. It is quickly becoming one of my favourite venues for concerts.

Without doubt the best venue I’ve ever been to for live music! But, it’s not just that…the staff are fantastic and knowledgeable, the bar is well stocked with goodies (the cans alone)! Only here can you catch a bit of the footy (on the outside tv) and then go to a great gig alone or with friends! I don’t know who does the bookings for the bands but I’d love to meet them as they’re clearly absolute class! I live in Nottingham and regularly drive to Leeds for gigs as the experience is so so much better! Cheers Brude!!

Great small venue for music. Staff were friendly and helpful. Toilets could do with an upgrade.

What a fabulous venue. Amazing music Back to Back festival was just brilliant. Favourite band was Wedgy. Loved it.
