Aladdins (Hounslow)

Please, if you're thinking of ordering food for your children from Aladdin's in Hounslow, I would recommend trying somewhere else. I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered food costing £58.60and specifically left a comment asking them not to forget the ketchup and mayonnaise because they had forgotten them on my previous order. Unfortunately, they did not check my comment and sent the chips completely dry again, with no ketchup or mayonnaise included. When I called to ask why the sauces were missing, I was told by the manager that they are not supposed to provide them and that if you order through Uber Eats, the food comes as it is. I found this response shocking and unhelpful. The chips were extremely dry, and my children did not enjoy them. After spending £58.60on an order, I expected much better service and attention to customer requests. I have photos and the receipt to Overall, I am very disappointed with both the food and the customer service.

Nice, affordable food starting from just £1. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality , it was just as good as some much more expensive places. The staff were also nice, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Bill £5.95. Chicken sando, fries, drink, two wings. This is what we love. This is marketed to all. Big tables for the big boys, kids table for the small ones. This is truly catered to the masses. This is a safe haven for the youth- really sweet to see them in their element. Got a great dap up from one. What a guy. Now. Onto the food. Slightly on the oilier side. However, we love our oil out here. This is what we want. Chips crunchy on the outside but a warm and fuzzy interior. Sando - what a name and this sando absolutely lived up it. Love the walls too. History lesson whilst munching on a chicken wing as shown in picture 3. Wow that is special. Where else in Hounslow can you find this? Is truly a captivating read on an interesting topic. Please come to this place. The uncle’s will serve you diligently.

A recommendation for a fantastic chicken shop I recently visited. The food there is prepared incredibly fresh, and the cleanliness of the establishment is truly impressive. Everything I've tried has been exceptionally tasty. It's a place that really suits the whole family, and my kids absolutely love their food, which is always a bonus. I highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a great meal.

Items missing from order ! Even after I confirmed offer with restaurant over phone !!!! Did not honour buy one get one free online with uber ! Terrible terrible service !!!! The burger looks empty and squashed , no tomatoes or onion ! Absolutely terrible service , what has happened to this restaurant, I RECOMMEND. SMOKE AND PEPPER. restaurant in hounslow ! It’s has absolutely amazing chicken , burgers and food . Top quality ! Not this muck I just received. And they honour there buy one get one free ! Rant over , so so upset dis this to my daughter last week also can’t comment on her chicken but did not honour the buy one get one free either hence I called , in the bin it goes will order from smoke and pepper and list review today !

Rice boxes are £9.40 definitely not worth it Total let down!!

Taste was nice but the chicken wasn’t very tender. It cost £16 for a whole chicken, which feels pricey, especially since Nando’s offers the same for around that. The takeaway wasn’t busy at all, but still took 45 minutes to give us the food. At this price, Nando’s is definitely a better option.

Ordered 3 Inferno burger meals and x3 spicy wings. I Specifically asked the gentleman if everything was in the bag he said Yes even asked me which sauces I wanted with it. When I came home only to find no chips had been put in with any of the meals so frustrating especially when I drove 20 mins each way. I've been coming here for years but come on this is simple and very basic stuff get it right for goodness sake!
