I had a wonderful experience at Maya Lounge. The atmosphere was beautiful, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing time. The food and drinks were excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. A special mention goes to Christina, who provided exceptional customer service throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. Her warm attitude and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend Maya Lounge to anyone looking for great food, a lovely ambience, and excellent service. I will definitely be visiting again!

My friends and I went for dinner to celebrate my besties birthday. The music was a vibe the waitstaff very friendly. The food was average, sticky toffee pud was to die for!! We had many issues with the service, as I asked for a birthday surprise to come out at the end of our meal, it came at the beginning of our meal 🙄 lack of common sense we was almost charge twice for this with other things added on to the bill so make sure you check your receipt. The waitress conveniently forgot to inform us that the starters and main meals would be coming out at the same time, as we was unaware our main dishes sat on our table for 20/30mins which then lead our main meals to be cold. Two of my friends went to speak with the manager, who was very rude with them and simply said there’s nothing he can do for us. In my opinion he could’ve gave some type of incentive as the poor communication about the food timing, he out right said we could not have new food. We were very disappointed as it dampened the mood in being there longer. The belly dancers looked fantastic but the don’t come into the restaurant they only dance in the lounge area (shisha) which I think they should be entertaining the whole of the place we are all paying customers. I think you seriously need to think about some of these things I’ve brought up. Your manager needs to take a course on how to be polite to new guests and not just cater to your old customers. The host tried to do as much as she could to accommodate us to find somewhere so we could move to the shisha lounge but unfortunately we ld left by then. After all of this I would come back to see how the shisha lounge is but only for drinks as the cocktails were very nice 👌🏾 so well done to the bar staff quick and efficient.

Good place and vibes. Very large space and amazing cave decor. Waiter and service was great too. MUSIC is tiny bit too loud but thats just me. However felt its a bit overpriced. Sitting is too crowded and food and drink is too overpriced. - 4 Mocktails and one shisha for £93. Personal experience: - Booked a table, paid in advance , informed than about running late and no means to amend booking and as a result missed the slot cause of traffic, fair enough, which is understood but when asked to be sitted whereever available we were offered the most akward seats among all men around even though had my wife with me. While it may seem fair, but i saw 6 empty spaces that were not reserved and later offered to random walkins. (Spoke to 2 guys, they dint had booking) not complaining but could of done better since we traveled hour and half to get specially come for shisha (Booking note had it mentioned). This was my second time i visited Lounge, probably wont be going there again unless nearby

This place is more of a shisha lounge than restaurant. The vibe in the shisha lounge was everything for this restaurant. Staff were very pleased to hear we came for the restaurant and we quickly found out why. The restaurant is so dead that the performers were using it as a changing room. The restaurant just seems to be their bar and toilet area if anything not a pleasant place to be. Unfortunately me and my friends dont smoke shisha so we were refused seating in the lounge. Instead we were sat between the toilets in the restaurant. We ordered in hopes the food would make up for the experience. We ordered the chicken wings for starters which were cooked well but with little to no flavour. For main i ordered the lamb chops with sweet potato fries. Requested the lamb chops to be served medium but came very well done, very tough and very chewy. Sweet potato fries were also on the dry side. Thankfilly we had some sauces. I also tried the chicken shish/taouk - again, this was dry and flavourless. This place is kind of like those local rubbish turkish takeaways but they have shisha, alcohol, music and entertainment. If that whats your after, this might be your thing but food and servicewise this place was a massive disappointment.

Without a doubt, the best shisha lounge in the UK! The interior design is incredible, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. I would strongly recommend this venue for any celebration, gathering, or special occasion. Truly an amazing experience that exceeds expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The shisha was also excellent — smooth, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. A special thank you to Dorina and Osma for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They were so friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly valued throughout our visit. Even during the busy Eid celebration, they handled everything with professionalism and a smile. Thank you to the whole Maya Restaurant team for making our Eid celebration memorable. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family! 🌙✨
