Great garage with friendly and professional staff. They carried out my service and MOT, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The prices are fair, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. I was treated really well and felt like a valued customer. Had a fantastic experience at Feltham MOT. It was the first time I booked my service and MOT as I usually use Halfords. I found the garage excellent. I got a video of the undercarriage of the car after I dropped it off explaining the condition of the tyres wheels and exhaust etc. They communicated very well and didn't try and get me to pay for unnecessary extra work, which we have had from previous garages. They gave the car a wipe down and had plastic over the car seat and steering wheel. I will be back again. Thanks so much Paul very polite and professional service.

Genuinely heartfelt thanks. Breakdown 200 miles from home. AA take us to Feltham MOT Centre who can do the repair for us on the day to get us and our daughter back to mid Wales. The repair wasn't straightforward but everything was explained step by step and the work carried out very professionally. It took all day but we were able to drive to Heathrow and then back home. Everyone was courteous, helpful and respectful throughout. We can't recommend them enough. Many many thanks from myself and my wife.

A really positive experience getting work done on my vehicle. All staff were polite and helpful. Kaisy in particular was very supportive in answering my questions. I was kept informed throughout, which was highly reassuring. I was drawn to this garage due to how positive the reviews are, and I’m pleased to be able to contribute to them. A very trustworthy garage, highly recommended to all.

I had two AC jobs done on my cars, and everything seemed to be working fine at first. But within a couple of days, all the gas had leaked out. I took the car back to their garage, and guess what they told me? They said the gas pipe is probably leaking and that they need to diagnose it and I would have to pay for the diagnostic charges as well. However, on the day they carried out the gas refill, I was clearly assured that they would not fill the system if the machine detected any leaks. I trusted that information. I was really upset, especially after being told I’d likely have to pay again. While I was speaking calmly and trying to explain the situation to the receptionist, one of the mechanics came over and started swearing at me, even though I was still trying to stay respectful despite being frustrated. I was then told by the receptionist that this person was the manager of the garage. It was a truly horrible and unpleasant experience on my second visit. The receptionist was understandable and respectful, but the attitude of the so-called manager/mechanic was absolutely disgraceful. He wasn’t even part of the conversation and still got involved himself in an aggressive and unprofessional way. For a well-established and known business, there should be a basic level of respect towards customers—especially when they are returning due to work done by the garage. Overall, it was a very disappointing and pathetic experience.

I can’t thank these people enough for their amazing work and communication. I suffered damage to my BMW rear passenger door which needed replacing. The garage did an absolutely amazing job replacing the door (once it arrived) in a day. See before and after pictures, the car looks brand new! Absolutely grateful for the guys who are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will certainly be using them for all my services, mots, everything!

I booked an MOT with FMC recently and off the back of that I got them to quote me for some major servicing and repairs, these guys are fantastic and the quality of work and customer service is outstanding. They were fully transparent about the work providing a detailed walk around video and advised against work I thought I needed (even washed my car!) I look forward to creating a solid customer relationship with them and going back next week to have a couple more bits done. If you want an honest competent garage this is the one for you.
