I had an excellent experience with Aga&Ola Clinic and would highly recommend them. From the very first step inside and throughout the whole journey, the customer service was absolutely top-notch — professional, welcoming, and flawless from start to finish. They were also great at identifying and understanding the issues I was experiencing. Demir carried out my assessment, and he was fantastic — knowledgeable, attentive, and very thorough. My physiotherapist was Greg, and he was amazing. He created a great training program, regularly checked in for feedback, monitored my progress closely, and adjusted the plan accordingly. Greg is incredibly skilled and attentive with physiotherapy. Thanks to his support, I managed to get rid of pain and numbness, while also improving my posture significantly. I’m genuinely very thankful to him and would highly recommend Greg to anyone looking for an exceptional physio.

I saw the massive amount of positive reviews before my first visit and I couldn't believe it to be possible, but now I absolutely do. I had a remedial massage with Arte tonight who not only addressed the areas I mentioned but went an extra mile and identified more spots that needed attention. The reception team is absolutely lovely and everyone goes above and beyond. This was the best massage experience I've ever had and I can't wait to be back. I left so much more relaxed and calm - and with my faith in good people restored!

Justina was incredible. She was really clear and communicative before the treatment started, and made me feel really comfortable. The Ayurdevic massage was great and very relaxing. The mini Kobido facial massage was to die for and I can’t wait to come back and try a full session. (It was also cool to try the new foot massager in the waiting room before the appointment!)

My appointment went very well. It was my first massage and I was a bit worried that 90 min would have been too long. The studio was very nice, modern and clean. My masseur, Antoniette, talked me through the different steps of the treatment, made me feel at ease, was very friendly and professional. The time flew by and I am perfectly happy with my choice of treatment. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Anna made me feel so relaxed. She explained the treatment and gave me options for oil preferences. The treatment itself was an absolute delight and I was transported to some other world during my time with Anna! Amazing feeling afterwards.

I booked the “TMJ Pain, Bruxism and Recurring Headaches Consultation and First Session” The appointment was £45 (reduced from £89). This was advertised as including a consultation to discuss medical history and current issues, followed by a movement/function assessment, and importantly time spent receiving treatment for my pain. While I did receive the consultation, the majority of the appointment was spent discussing potential future treatments rather than receiving any hands-on treatment for my jaw. The physio spent lot of time talking about things like my leg length and foot position which I understand is important for posture which can influence jaw pain, but I specifically booked this appointment because I am in significant pain and thought that at least part of the session would be spent actually treating my jaw. Instead, no treatment was given. I asked the physio if she would suggest any exercise I can do to ease the pain once she assessed where it was coming from on my jaw. She was very nice in her demeanour but also very evasive in answering and didn't tell me anything specific. I ended up just demonstrating exercises I already to try and illicit her opinion but I didn't leave any wiser. Towards the end, the appointment was cut about 10 minutes short so I could be shown a care plan on an iPad costing around £500 for multiple sessions to do digital scanning on my posture etc, which I'm sure is helpful but again I just wanted a treatment on my jaw lol. I left feeling a bit deflated and silly like I’d paid for a consultation that turned into more of a sales pitch, without getting any actual help for my pain on the day. I also found this situation a bit awkward, as I was not expecting to be asked to commit to such a large payment on the spot. Overall, I left feeling quite deflated, as I had effectively paid for a consultation that led straight into a sales pitch, without receiving any immediate help for my pain. I appreciate that consultations are part of the process, and that a wider assessment of posture can be relevant. However, the appointment was clearly advertised as including treatment during the first session, which did not happen. If it had been made clear that the session would be consultation-only, with treatment requiring a further significant financial commitment, I would likely have chosen a different provider. For an appointment that even at a “reduced” price is still not cheap, it felt a wee bit misleading by both the description of the service and the way it was presented as a discounted treatment session. The physio herself was lovely and the place was very clean, just wish I got to experience a treatment there :(

I had a relaxing massage with Olga today and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! She really worked the areas that needed it and explained everything thoroughly. I have also in the past seen Greg for more detailed work on my back and he was amazing as well! Really explained all my exercises and was so positive on my regular visits that it made me put the work in! Can’t fault this place.
