Builder Depot - Staples Corner

Very disappointed with the service at Builder Depot. Jason Bird was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all during my visit. Communication was poor and the whole experience felt disrespectful and disorganized. I expected better customer service and professionalism from a company with such a reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has made me think twice before to go there again

Recommendation for the check stock availability before you get to the store. Specially if you are traveling from long distance. It will take a few seconds Always enjoy shopping there for a quality product.. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Huge parking area for car, transit and lorry. Best price for building materials and equipment. My number ONE.

On arrival, it's not obvious how their system works. As you drive towards the warehouse, a member of staff will direct you where to park or tells you to wait if forklifts or other vehicles are manoeuvring. You can walk around the warehouse and collect items as you go. If you need bulky items outside, you can order them when you pay at the checkout, then go to the customer collection point in the yard to see a member of staff to help you load the items. There is one queue and several tills at the checkout. When a till is available, a member of staff will call you over. When you drive out, security will need to see your receipt and check your load before you can leave. Some of the staff in the yard don't care about your vehicle and happily push your door open in to adjacent vehicles.

Hi, this is the Walnut veneer board from builders Depot, Great,very hard to find in good condition, but I would like to do a project cute even in the weekend, I think it will be very beneficial for everyone or at least small projects, thank you.

Limited parking, sometimes have to wait at the entrance to park. Can get very busy but overall staff are very helpful. 90% off customers are in the trade, so if you're a regular customer it can be a little overwhelming.

Been using building depots for long time for breaks

Providing products to both professional and DIY builders, this place is not the cheapest but definitely the most professionally run materials provider. Staff are helpful and efficient. You can easily access materials, even cutting them to size on site. They offer a full delivery service. Our recent project had 90% of the required materials delivered to site and expertly dropped outside the shop to be refurbished, direct from their Southgate depot
