Judah is the best agent that could possibly show us around. Preparation, dress code, behaviour and customer service 5/5. Despite us arriving about 10 minutes late due to an emergency, he was incredibly understanding and kindly waited for us without any pressure. He was very friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing. He took the time to talk us through the next steps, introduced us to the right person for proceeding, and even walked with us while having a nice chat. We’d also like to thank Ethan, who clearly talked us through the next steps for proceeding, including filling out the forms. Bradley Snape, Maya Dela Pena, and the rest of the team at this location are illegally withholding our deposit after a failed credit check. There’s documented evidence, in addition to these messages, to support this. To my surprise, our phone numbers and emails appear to be blocked and they are refusing to communicate which has forced me to lodge several formal complaints with various UK agencies. The people need protection from these types of consultants.
