I had my hair done by Ella and was honestly quite nervous about going back to blonde after growing out my natural red for a year, but she completely put me at ease. She really listened and understood exactly what I wanted, and the result is the most beautiful, natural-looking blonde. It blends so seamlessly and has that soft, sun-kissed finish I was hoping for. Ella was so friendly and genuinely lovely, which made the whole experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with the result, will definitely be back 🤍

I am absolutely obsessed with my hair! Brian did an AMAZING job👏🏼👏🏼 the before and after is honestly crazy. I came in with dark, grown-out hair and left with the most beautiful, blended blonde transformation. The color is flawless, the blend is seamless, and my hair still looks so healthy and soft. Brian completely understood the vision and exceeded my expectations. You can truly tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. I will prefix this by saying that I’ve going to Live True for a few years now and I always been really happy with my hair. I visited the salon 21 days ago for a routine balayage session - this is what I always get and for next 3+ months my hair looks fresh and nice, roots are blended in. But this time it looks really bad. My blonde hair has really big noticable root, the part between my root and the balayage is randomly very brassy and orange looking. And my hairdresser said it’s going to last for at least 10 weeks. The state of my hair is so untamed that I think I need to book balayage again which is crazy because I paid £200+ for one a month ago. I contacted the customer service but they are unwilling to help or offer any sort of compensation so I decided to leave this review warn people

I've been to Aaron twice and he is honestly incredible and amazingly talented. My natural hair is very dark brown/almost black and frizzy, but he got it to the perfect blonde (and perfect tone for me) in just two sessions, while keeping it healthy, shiny, and beautifully styled. He's also the loveliest person ever. He really takes the time to listen to what I want (and patiently go through all my inspo photos haha), genuinely cares about getting the best result possible, and gives tailored advice on how to maintain your hair afterwards. I've never trusted a hairstylist more. Aaron knows my hair better than I do, and I leave every appointment feeling so happy and confident with the results. I would 10000% recommend him to anyone. If you're thinking about booking at LTL, do it with Aaron!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I booked the “Luxury Balayage Experience” expecting a high standard of service from start to finish. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing before my appointment had even begun. It took around five days to confirm my booking because customer service was very slow to respond to emails. The balayage service I booked was not blended properly at the roots, leaving harsh, stripey lines instead of the soft, seamless transition that balayage is known for. The result looked unfinished and was far from what I expected. Instead of leaving the salon feeling confident, I left feeling self-conscious about my hair. Unfortunately, the complaints process only added to my disappointment. I raised my concerns immediately after my appointment, but it took over two weeks and several follow-up emails before I received a proper response. By that point, I had completely lost confidence in the salon.

I went for the first time in this salon and I trusted Orlando. HIS HANDS ARE SOMETHING ELSE. So delicate, friendly, lovely and I loved how he cut my hair! I’m so completely happy and I will definitely come back!

I had an amazing experience with Kelvin at Live True last Saturday! He managed to practically read my mind with what I was looking for, despite not having a good way of describing it or much photo inspo… Despite having tinted my hair 5 times previously, the balayage he did worked beautifully, with a really good lift! So happy with it, thank you Kelvin 🥰

I had Ingrid as my colourist and she did a fantastic job. Really friendly and takes good care of you as for her colouring job, amazing absolutely what I asked for. She’s really efficient and experienced in her craft. The salon itself is spacious, staff are friendly and caring. I definitely recommend!
