Green Dental Care

I am very disappointed with my appointment today with Hana. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had this experience with her. The appointment lasted less than two minutes. She simply asked me to open my mouth, looked at my tooth very briefly, and then the appointment was over. I do not feel that my teeth were examined properly or that my oral health was assessed thoroughly. As a patient, I expect a dentist to carry out a proper examination and take the time to ensure any concerns are addressed. Instead, I felt that I was rushed through the appointment without receiving the standard of care I should expect. I appreciate that dental practices can be busy, but patients deserve a thorough and professional examination. I left feeling disappointed and concerned that my appointment was not taken seriously. I hope this feedback is taken on board, as I believe every patient deserves to receive the proper care and attention they are entitled to. I would also prefer to be seen by a different dentist for future appointments.

If you’re looking for a thorough and patient-centered dental experience, I would strongly suggest avoiding the male dentist with the last name Lee. The entire appointment made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The consultation felt very mechanical, as if he was simply following certain procedures rather than actually engaging with me as a patient. He only said what he wanted to say, without taking the time to listen. When I tried to ask follow-up questions about my condition, he dismissed my concerns by saying it wasn’t an emergency and that I should ask my general dentist. To me, it felt like I spent 27 pounds being told I could go home directly. There was no clear explanation, no detailed guidance, and no effort to ensure I understood the next steps. The interaction lacked empathy and basic communication. Honestly, even an AI would ask more about a patient’s symptoms and concerns. Overall, I left feeling unheard and disappointed. I would not recommend this dentist if you value clear communication, compassion, and a more personalized approach to your dental care.

The receptionist was nice but after that it’s all downhill. Came through 111 for my wisdom tooth. Fever, swollen face. Not slept, clearly not feeling great. He gave it two looks said I need antibiotics and a referral for surgical removal. I explained I’ve moved house and been waiting for a nhs dentist and asked him to make the referral. He said he absolutely could make the referral-if I paid him. That is not standard practice under NHS care(as someone with a law degree). However, I am sick and I just ask why, if I’m at an nhs appointment and he can make the referral, why I would need to pay for that-he then shouted at me. A fully grown man, one with a doctorate no less, shouted at me because I asked why I would be charged for something that is standard care. I told him not to shout at me, I literally had a fever and had been trying to get into a dentist before this happened and it shouldn’t be the case that he needed some cash to make a referral. He continued to raise his voice to me so I got up and left. Telling him I have a law degree and understood the legal standard of care on the way out led to a quick apology but sadly not a sincere one. It’s going to cost the NHS a whole lot more to recover from Dr.Lee’s misconduct than a referral. Never in my life have I seen such slimey, greedy and corrupt behaviour. What an embarrassment Mr.Lee is to what it is to be a human.

Tooth Extraction - Hugest Thank You To Fabulous Dr Victoria The scenario: Just before Christmas and striking it unlucky, my expensive crowned back tooth developed an infection. Finally, I decided to have it out under sedation as I was utterly terrified, having had a truly awful and nightmare extraction in Edinburgh. My lovely dentist, Dr Judit, at Blue Dental Care, gratefully recommended me tooth extraction specialist Dr Victoria at their sister dental practice, Green Dental Care. Sedation: To avoid having to wait weeks because of the Christmas holidays and the stress of having to organise a chaperone to take me home after sedation I was considering, if I could be brave enough to have the extraction without it. Tooth Extraction: I had been booked in for a consultation with Dr Victoria. Dr Victoria was utterly AWESOME! She explained the procedure very patiently and empathischly and was so lovely, as she detected I was clearly nervous. I decided to be brave and have it out there and then, which so fortunately it could be done. Considerately, I was allowed to listen to music, via my mobile headphones which I hoped would calm my racing heartbeat and distract me. OMG! The tooth extraction took less than Elbows full rendition of "Open your curtains wide"!!! Moreover, I felt no pain - hugely thanks to the local anesthetic which Dr Victoria had expertly administered and her mastery skills in extracting teeth. As, I couldn't believe how quick and painless the extraction had been, she had to several times ensure me that it was over! Over the weeks, it has healed well. Warmest & Hugest Thank You To: Green Dental Care's AWESOME Dr Victoria, lovely nurse Roxanne (who sweetly offered her hand for me to hold), the lovely receptionists who were so helpful and friendly, and, my lovely dentist Dr Judit of Blue Dental Care. My little daughter was seen by dentist i cannot remember her name but she may have been Spanish. She made me feel very uncomfortable as she was being extremely judgmental, she did not engage with my daughter at all and was definitely not giving a thorough checkup. She basically just had a quick look something I could have done at home, there is no way she could have known if she had any issues with her teeth or gum. During the entire 3 minute session it was just the dentist being judgemental with my child's oral care. What a waste of appointment!

I have an emergency dentist appointment today. Dr Lee and his assistant (sorry I forgot to ask her name) are amazing. Dr Lee checked and explained everything in details. He gave me treatment accordingly. He is gentle, polite and professional. Definitely, he is one of the best dentists I met.

Dr. Topasya is absolutely exceptional! Absolutely professional! Today, the doctor performed a root canal on me, and it was painless! I was so scared, but there was no need to feel anything at all!! 🤗THANK YOU SO MUCH!! ♥️♥️♥️ Overall, I recommend this clinic; the staff is professional, friendly, and always smiling! 😊

Brilliant experience, especially from Khadija and another very polite person who's name I did not get. Called from apharmacy about a dose query which was resolved efficiently
