We visited on 23/04/26 and on arrival we was greeted by Maria she was super polite very engaging with my daughter (4) and son 6 months. She was very sweet and was lovely to be in her presents. Staff in the cafe was also polite couldn’t do more as they did. Food was tasty children menu pizza was delicious my daughter ate it all. Fresh hot chips and nachos was also good. Prices are quite decent. What I love about coming in school hours is that it’s unlimited time and it’s a lot quieter. My daughter loves the slide and all the different activities that are available. There was an arts and craft work shop which broke up the stay there which she loved and was able to take her creations home. Toilets are fairly clean.

We have been to Head Over Heels too many times to count, and without fail, my children are bursting with happiness every single time we go to play there!
It is hands down the best, cleanest, and safest soft play area we’ve ever experienced, making it incredibly easy to relax and enjoy a wonderful, stress-free time together as a family. The staff are absolutely exceptional always friendly, helpful, and vigilant about safety.
As an added bonus for parents, they serve really nice, high-quality hot drinks so you can comfortably sit back while the kids have the time of their lives. If you want a guaranteed fun, safe, and thoroughly enjoyable day out with the kids, this is the place to be!
Great place clean and friendly good food prices are decent and parking isn’t bad the staff are very accommodating and there’s a sensory part for babies and football area for the ballers. The staff dress up as princesses too which is a nice touch for the nervous kids. 8/10
Been wanting to go here for ages, but granddaughter is only just 1. So we took her on Saturday. I was absolutely blown over. So very impressed. There was SO much for her to see and do, I wish I hadn’t left it so long. She loved the sensory bits. There are so many different sections that you don’t feel like you’re bumping into people or waiting around to “go” on things.
There were two cafes, we went to the one upstairs. It was very clean, plenty on the menu and reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning!
From booking the party to the communication with head over heels I could not recommend enough. The day of the party was all taken care of my Caitlin (party host) who was amazing, calm and well organised. Caitlin was amazing with all of the children, keeping them engaged and making my daughter feel extra special on her birthday. It was all really well taken care of and stress free. Caitlin was amazing at being the party host and all the small touches she did, made the day extra special. You pay a little extra than most but I believe the service you receive is worth the money plus the extra touch of a birthday card from head over heels along with another free visit. A day my little girl and her friends will remember thanks so much Head over heels Chorlton, special thanks for Caitlin (Anna) the party host of the day.
Great place this, lots going on for a good age range. From tiny babies, toddlers right through to bigger kids (under 155cm). The toddler room was a good size with lots of soft play to be had. The staff were nice and helpful. The food was really nice and quite well priced.
My only reservation is parking really, there's minimal parking on site and we ended up walking five minutes from the middle of Chorlton which was fine as the weather wasn't too bad.
We visited Head Over Heels Chorlton on the 23rd December 25. I found the place clean, the children had a great time.
I would like to thank Millie, Lindsay and Olly for being helpful. They were friendly and took time with my children, they were so happy to meet the " Princess".
I was concerned about food- Nut Allergy and Olly was very understanding.
The food was great, I enjoyed my lunch too.
I would definitely recommend the Chorlton site and we will visit again.
My son has his 7th birthday party at Head Over Heels this week, and he had such a lovely time!
It's not the first time we've had parties here, and every time the kids have a great time.
Big shout out to Jayde who really looked after everyone, and made Vinny feel really special on his birthday.
