⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable anniversary dinner experience! We visited Gökyüzü Restaurant today to celebrate our anniversary with a group of 5 people, and we couldn’t have asked for a better afternoon. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately shown to our table. Within a minute, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary house salad, tzatziki, and fresh bread — a lovely gesture, especially while we were waiting and feeling hungry. The service was excellent throughout the afternoon. Our starters arrived within just a few minutes, and the main courses followed after around 30 minutes. The staff were friendly, always smiling, attentive, and very efficient, creating a really warm and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious — from the starters to the main dishes, everything was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and perfectly seasoned. Every dish showed great care and quality. A wonderful final touch was the complimentary traditional Turkish tea at the end of our meal, which made the experience even more special. Thank you to the whole team for making our anniversary lunch such a memorable occasion. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Gökyüzü Restaurant to anyone looking for amazing food and great hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Such a lovely place ambience and atmospheres. Family orientated too! Lot's of children around when I came. Beautiful to see them smiling and enjoying time with their family. The open roof was beautiful with clear skies. I totally enjoyed coming back here after visiting initial with my colleagues. I was well pleased.

Good food and a great atmosphere. The place was very busy on our visit, which is a good sign. Despite the crowds, the staff were professional, attentive, and worked hard throughout with a smile.

Conveniently placed with lots of parking space. Been coming here for years. The menu is a bit pricey compared to other options in the area. The food is fresh and always comes with the complimentry salad bread and dips. Can talk easily here and I've held many meetings here due to parking and the location.

Absolutely top quality food. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly, juicy, tender and full of flavour. The lamb ribs were just as good, proper soft meat that falls off the bone with that authentic Turkish seasoning. You can tell the meat is fresh and handled properly. To finish, I had kunefe with ice cream and that was the perfect ending. Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy inside, and the cold ice cream balanced it perfectly. Sweet but not overpowering. Service was great and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Definitely coming back.

Came here with a friend from Manchester. Stunning restaurant, lovely authentic Turkish food with helpful staff. I went for the lamb shank, it was beautiful. We also tried the Knafeh, it was sublime. One of those places you come when you have a special occasion like a birthday or anniversary.

If you love meat, Gökyüzü is a must-visit! It’s easily one of the most popular spots around, and for good reason. The quality and freshness of their Turkish dishes are consistently high. Just a heads-up: during Ramadan, it gets incredibly busy right after sunset, so plan ahead! We often grab takeaway on our way home, and it’s always top-tier. Maybe a few suggestions to the staff + care more about sanity in the kitchen ;) and BBQ area. No food should be taken by hands without glowes

Amazing Turkish restaurant with incredibly tasty food and a wonderful atmosphere. We had a lovely evening, and Ismail was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and made our already delightful evening even more enjoyable!
