My experience at Cartime Bury was positive because, from start to finish, I had been shown several vehicles by my personal sales executive, Mitchell, that met my requirements, chosen the one that I wanted, had my trade-in checked over, my new car prepared to drive away, with a full tank, my vehicle excise duty swapped over, finance applied for and approved, all the paperwork completed, ready to go, in just over 2 hours. This is my fifth car from this dealership and I've found their service to be exceptional each and every time
YOUSEF- Amazing experience with Car Time & Yousef – super fast, smooth sale and the car was beautifully presented. Warranty included, plus they even applied ceramic coating at their own discretion. We had a really good experience throughout the viewing and buying process. Whilst we saw the car initially at the Bury branch we also visited the Rochdale branch where my wife saw a car she liked there too. To keep things simpler, the car from Bury was taken to Rochdale and we completed the whole buying process for both cars there with John. (Who was superb).
We felt the cars we bought were at competitive prices and the values given for our px's were fair.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience and highly recommended.
Bradley has been excellent from start to finish regarding the whole process of me part-exing my vehicle for as different one. Although my chosen vehicle sale fell through due to mechanical erros, we have managed to overcome the issue and work out a different deal. In terms of customer experience, I would highly recommend Brad. cant fault him. Time will tell how the vehicle will hold up however, Brad was a nice guy to deal with,.
Excellent & smooth transaction whilst purchasing a new car for my elderly mother. Mo quoted a trade in price on her vehicle without seeing it and on the day of exchange honoured the full price as per quotation. We had been bracing ourselves for a slight knock down in price as you can often get with other outfits however Mo stayed true to his word. Great guy to deal with, extremely patient with my mother and gave her all the information, time and most importantly the car she has wanted for the past 12 months. Great service and experience. Recently visited the Bury showroom to view a car id seen online. Bradley initially helped and was fantastic. Decided to go for the car and after discussion went for the finance option ( was going to take out a bank loan). Jamie who I believe is the manager was really helpful at understanding my options and getting me a really great deal.

Got my car today and it has been a fair process. Hassan Shafiq served me initially and answered most of my questions. He was responsive and helpful during my calls and emails for the follow-up questions. He was patient with me even when I couldn't make up my mind yet.
Today I went to get my car Yasin assisted me as Hassan was not available. Yasin went through and explained the documents with me. Although some of the minor things were incorrect / missing, Yasin was able to fix the most for me. He also helped to replace the key fob cover which both went missing! The car was prepared in high standard, and they offered incentives.
It was not the smoothest handover due to the staff availability (as I said Hassan was not there) and the preparation were not perfect, but issues were dealt with efficiently and the car was in good condition. Took additional time for Yasin to look at my part-exchange and discuss with manager.
Overall decent experience on the purchase, I haven't had the car for long so I cannot comment the condition yet, but my drive to home was decent, even in pouring rain.
