Be careful if you buy a perfume from this store! I’ve opened my brand new perfume that was bought today, to it being smashed with no perfume in it!? - I’ve just been told by the CS team that they’re “sorry for the inconvenience” and they won’t refund me because “it must be sealed and intact at the time of return and are generally expected to be checked at the time of purchase.” Which is absolutely ridiculous?! Because a) How would I know it was smashed without opening it? And b) how can I then return it sealed?…

I had a fantastic experience at this Zara store. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but I’d especially like to mention Michael, who provided exceptional customer service. He was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to help me find a dress I’d been looking for. I’d already checked a few other Zara stores without any success, but thanks to his help, I finally found exactly what I wanted. His professionalism and positive attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve paid 2 visits to this store this week. Service was excellent both times. Staff were warm, friendly, attentive, had great product knowledge & were a great team. Gemma was particularly outstanding. She was trend aware & a great ambassador for the brand. The mimosa duvet cover & pillowcases were the perfect choice & looked beautiful & the tomato leaves hand cream was lovely. Highly recommend this store and would shop again.

I have been let down by the staff in the Home section at Zara King’s Road on a couple of occasions regarding my in-store pre-order items. I wasted time travelling to the store for collection, only to find that my order had not been fulfilled. As a result, I also lost the opportunity to purchase the items at a discounted price. Based on this experience, it seems more reliable to buy online, as there is no guarantee that an in-store pre-order will be fulfilled.

The staff were unfriendly. My wife and I were waiting together in line for the changing rooms. When it was our turn, we were told that, as a man, I was not allowed to enter the changing area with her. That meant my wife would have had to leave the changing rooms every time just to show me how the clothes looked on her. I feel this policy is discriminatory and made us feel unwelcome.

Hello, I was in Zara and I really liked the store and the service. Especially Michael, he was very polite, fast, gave me good advice and helped me put together an outfit. More employees like this at Zara

Gorgeous store in a sophisticated location. It's always a pleasure to shop here. I like limited edition Zara items and this is my go to Zara store in London, as they have a variety of good quality ladies, men and childrens wear. Their disply is always organised, clean, tidy and spotless for every customer. Their home section is big and spacious with plenty to see. The staff have a great aura, always friendly, smiling and extremely helpful. Just a 5 minute walk from Sloane Square Tube. Highly recommended to visit!

My favourite Zara store which includes a homeware section as well. It is my favourite Zara store as the layout is the best of all the stores I’ve been so and easy to find your way back and forward and to the changing rooms. Often a queue though for the changing rooms as it is a popular branch. It always seems to have the full latest stock and plenty of sizes. As the layout is good it means it is also easy to spot things you like and are attracted to from walking around without having to hunt on the clothes rails. Self service tills are good and usually staff on hand to help if needed. Staff seem willing to quickly and efficiently check stock if there isn’t a size you want on the shop floor. At sale time this store is very busy both at the tills and changing rooms and they really need to have more staff in store to help ease this.
